Test My Controller

Delivery and tracking over B&H was perfect, as usual. The problem is - QUALITY of the product - AUTEL Controller for Evo Lite. IT is not connecting to the drone. I followed all recommended by AUTEL ROBOTICS methods how to pair your drone and NEW controller and NOTHING is working. It is the second controller that not working as it needs to be, as declared by AUTEL company. The first one , I bought from AUTEL recommended company directly, was paired, but cannot pass the test on joysticks calibration. And AUTEL service recommended me to buy a new one -controller if I am not satisfied. Drone if flying, but AUTEL recommended that to trust the drone in fly I better run joysticks test. And it don't. I will try one more time - over product exchange, to see if it worth a time and how good AUTEL Lite drone flying complex is is it better then DJI or they still need to learn a lot from competitor. The reason is - I had similar situation with DJI mini earliest release - controller failed to connect with drone after couple of years. I ordered new one over AMAZON and it paired as it needs to be - no questions or issues. I still hope that AUTEL getting better and better, but so far my experience only negative with AUTEL products and service.

Received promptly. Have unpacked it and taken a few test shots. Have not yet tested the wireless controller. All seems to work as advertised on my Nikon D 7100.

Physical setup is a breeze, electronic setup is... different. My old AVX was never a good performer and I repeatedly had to repair its electronics and mechanical interfaces. I have several scopes, from an 80mm f/6 refractor to a 10 Meade SCT and the AVX would only handle and stay relatively accurate withthe lightest of them - visual only. Finally, when the old AVX serial hand controller bit the dust I ordered a replacement and had a 5mo. wait. So , I went with US made and ordered the Losmandy mount. Physical setup is easy. Electronic setup up is way different than the AVX and other Chinese mounts. There is much more capability in the SW controls with the Gemini 2 controller. You don't need to add any interface dongles to tie this mount to a PC for remote control. It works with ASCOM out of the box. And it can carry 55lbs of payload for astrophotography. I wish that I did not have to watch videos for setup and mount-use help, I would rather read a paragraph quickly than sit through 20 minutes of video to get my setup or use questions answered.

Controller works well. Can control the model light and everything right from the controller.

My original bag that came with my Chauvet lights and controller zipper broke after about a year of use. This bag was a perfect replacement

My Zhiyun Crane 2 was not fully functional without a remote controller. The Sony RM-VPR1 was the perfect solution, except... It had no ready maid adapter to attach it to the Crane. The attached photos show my very simple and inexpensive solution. Works beautifully.

Got this to use with a new Mavic Air 2 controller and it works well. It is very well constructed, top quality. My only complaint, and it is very minor, is the built-in lanyard hook does not work with this model of controller.

I fly a Phantom 3 advanced and upgraded the controller for FPV use via HDMI out. My first HDMI mini / mini cable was very stiff and difficult to use. This cable is an absolute dream and works flawlessly. Wish I would have found this first. Highly recommended for any HDMI use but perfect for FPV goggles.

My son bought me a Phantom 3 Standard drone for Father's Day and I was needing a case to carry it in. I looked at all types of cases and then found the Nanuk on B&H's website. It was perfect. Ordered it and it got to me very fast. It fits perfect. Took me a little while to figure out how to make the controller fit right, but I upgraded the phone holder to a mid controller holder and it fits perfect in the case.
