Test My Internet Speed Measurement Lab

My start-ups are much faster My internet speed measurement has increased by about 8 to 10 times so far; there's more I can do to increase the speed even more, eventually. I bought the Nighthawk X6S R8000P router with the modem. Both of them are from Netgear.

This is my second Mavolux 5032 meter which I use for precision illuminance measurement in a lab environment. The accuracy and precision of the meter is excellent, especially at low lux (very good sensitivity). and the USB connectivity allows it to be used in automated systems. Although it is expensive, it is worth every penny! I measurements of luminance (cd/m^2 or 'nits') are needed, there is an optional collimating accessory available. It is important to note the following things: - This is an ambient light meter only, as it does not have a strobe triggering mode or any means of synchronizing with or firing flash devices. - This device is targeted towards scientific type applications rather than photographic since it measures in units of lux and does not have built-in facilities for working with ISO/shutter speed/aperture units (one could setup a simple calculation to perform the conversions, but this is not really practical in a studio).

Wifi has long range of effectiveness. Internet connection is stable. My internet speed is 200 mbs and this modem router is doing a great job transferring the signal!

I have Xfinity and one day I decide to do a speed test, I’m paying for gigabit internet and was barely getting 70 mbps with their provided router. I decided to upgrade and this thing WORKS it was an easy install, a lot smaller than the previous one and handles my internet speed easily no bottlenecks or anything. I have previously bought net gear and ended up coming back I know where my business will always be!

The Netgear CM1000 was a breeze to setup and once registered, I ran an internet speed test to find out that I was now getting the maximum speed for my service. Highly recommend it.

This modem allows me to use my gigabyte Internet to its full capacity with no problem. Speed test shows 965 MB per second Internet speed download.

I may be the only person that actually uses the flash duration measurement option for this meter. it was incredibly useful for me to have access to such an easy way to measure the flash duration of a bunch of my strobes. As a sports photographer that uses flash to illuminate basketball, hockey, volleyball, and dance, in the past the only way to test flash duration (the amount of time the flash is turning on and then off again) was to try to do real world tests with athletes jumping, swinging bats, or spiking the ball. You always had to rely on some Kentucky windage to figure it all out. The only other option was to use an oscilloscope in a laboratory setting, and they don't let photographers in those places for goo reason. In just about 45 minutes, I was able to test about 15 different mono-block flash units that varied in age from new to 30 years old. BTW, if you want fast light, just buy Elinchrom mono-blocks... Anyways, this light meter was just what I needed.
