Test Sustained Internet Download Speed

Bought two of these after trying others. For the price and the speed, the 512GB version cant be beat! I can get easily sustained write speeds of ~1150MB/s on a Thunderbolt 3 card reader on the PC checked with the AJA system test tool). On a Z9, lossless RAW photos at 20fps no issue (hits internal Z9 buffer of about 80 shots, so card does not limit). Video - 4K N-RAW does not stall (checked for 4-5min), unlike other similar priced cards, confirming the sustained write claim on their website and my tests. I don't do video, so going to the 8K N-RAW I haven't checked. For me, this is the card to get for a Z9. Jury's out on reliability since I havent seen actual field test usage yet.

We got this because our internet was getting pretty slow. It almost tripled our download speed! Great product

I recently had my internet provider to increase my speed (from 150mbps download to 330mbps). It turned out that my old Wi-Fi card that I had on my PC couldn't quite handle the speed even though it was rated that it can. I bought this card out of curiosity just to see if it was the PC that was causing the bottleneck and not the card. Once I installed it, the download transfer rate just about doubled compared to the old card. In fact, the speed is about the same I'm getting if I had the network cable connected directly from the modem to the PC Ethernet port itself. Anyway, I would advise anyone to first check their wireless router or wireless modem/router to see what Wi-Fi standard it uses. If you still using an old modem/router, this card will only go as fast as that set up allows it to.

The modem more than doubled my Internet download speed and installed easily. As usual, B&H's delivery speed was as fast as this modem. Well done!

When I use my speed test app I'm getting much greater download speeds than I could before, and it feels amazing. My speeds are higher than what I pay for! This modem is definitely worth the money, especially if there are several devices connected to the internet, this modem keeps up.

I have Xfinity and one day I decide to do a speed test, I’m paying for gigabit internet and was barely getting 70 mbps with their provided router. I decided to upgrade and this thing WORKS it was an easy install, a lot smaller than the previous one and handles my internet speed easily no bottlenecks or anything. I have previously bought net gear and ended up coming back I know where my business will always be!

The Netgear CM1000 was a breeze to setup and once registered, I ran an internet speed test to find out that I was now getting the maximum speed for my service. Highly recommend it.

This modem allows me to use my gigabyte Internet to its full capacity with no problem. Speed test shows 965 MB per second Internet speed download.

Great Fast card at a great price. I'm using it for Fuji X-H2. So far pictures shooting have been great and transfer to PC is very fast. As for video, this card is only good for up to 8k but not with ProRes encoding.. even with 6k, ProRes maybe not stable. If you're using compression- then it would have no problem with any bitrates (up to 700+mbps). Even though the minimum sustained writing speed is 400MB/S (3200mbps) I find it not reliable enough to go any higher than 1000mbps. For me, this card will do what it needs to do and am more happy for what it offers at this price. Based on reviews found online, it seems 1TB has better sustained write speed- but even then I would still avoid recording it at ProRes.
