Test Your Internet Speed At Home

This modem provides great speed for my Gigabit Xfinity internet! With this modem I will be able to get the most out of internet and be able to take it to my next home.

This modem has significantly increased the speed and potential for internet speed in our home. It has been great.

I have Xfinity and one day I decide to do a speed test, I’m paying for gigabit internet and was barely getting 70 mbps with their provided router. I decided to upgrade and this thing WORKS it was an easy install, a lot smaller than the previous one and handles my internet speed easily no bottlenecks or anything. I have previously bought net gear and ended up coming back I know where my business will always be!

The Netgear CM1000 was a breeze to setup and once registered, I ran an internet speed test to find out that I was now getting the maximum speed for my service. Highly recommend it.

This modem allows me to use my gigabyte Internet to its full capacity with no problem. Speed test shows 965 MB per second Internet speed download.

Had our home number of 29 years ported to Ooma. Our VOIP phone service from AT&T was $50/month and limited to 200 minutes. Ooma warned us to separate your phone and Internet service with a dry-loop connection if you have DSL Internet service. However, upon doing more research, I learned that if you have a newer version of DSL (called VDSL2 of ADSL2+), this is not necessary. We took a chance and didn't bother calling AT&T to go through the confusing process of setting up dry-loop DSL. Our number ported over just fine in about a week and Ooma kept us updated with an exact date. The Ooma hardware is very solid and works as it should, so far. We got the Ooma Telos and 3 HD3 handsets, and the audio quality of the handsets is very good. Our new monthly cost is local taxes only, which is just below $7. Highly recommended.

We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household!

C7000v2 Nighthawk does what it say. High speed internet to all of the devices. Supports mine 800 Mbps Xfinity plan, getting 600 Mbps Down and 40 Mbps Upload (thats max provided by Xfinity not a router issue) I am using 8-10 devices regularly. This made working from home easy, best features parental control and guest network option to control devices. And excellent coverage for our 1600 sq.ft home. Also control this nighthawk using NetGear application. I ordered for trail purpose but keeping it. Overall Amazing device.

Recently upgraded my home internet speed and bought this modem. And Wow! It’s lightning fast. Very satisfied!

Great router. Granular setup when logged into rather than using an app. Internet speed on home network tripled. The old wifi 5 router could not absorb the bandwidth being provided by the cable company. Buy it. You won't be disappointed!
