Testing Thermostat Temp Control On Upright Freezer

Nest thermostat works great. Nice to be able to control temp. Of house from anywhere.

So far I love the ability to control the thermostat from my phone and devices. One thing that if changed would make it near perfect would be to show on screen when it’s preheating to get up to temp by the next temp change. When looking at the ecobee you see it will show 55 till 9 am but it’s heating to 70.

Be able to control the thermostat from my phone is wonderful.

Been testing the Delta 2 around the house. Operates my freezer, handling the start up current. Have charged with solar, 12v battery and 120v with full success. Also operates as expected is AC input fails.

I bought the ecobee last month, my brother recommended it because his thermostat was the same as mine and his kids were messing with his temp. I saw he could lock the ecobee and he would get a notification when it would fall below or above his preferred temperature

We were having a problem with our kids' bedrooms being a much different temp than the hallway where our thermostat was located. The temperature would swing wildly in their rooms, so we had to find a solution fast. We got Ecobee 3 lite and 2 sensors. We have Ecobee only reading the temp from the kids' room sensors and we don't have trouble with the temp in their rooms anymore. It works so well we plan to replace our downstairs thermostat with another Ecobee 3 lite.

This thermostat has been a great addition to our part time house. We can always see the temps in multiple rooms and the outside temp feature is awesome. The best part is we can set the temperature in the house before we get there so we don’t have to wait once we are there.

The placement of the thermostat in my home prevented me from controlling temp the way I wanted. I was looking at running new wires to allow me to reposition the Nest thermostat to a better location. Then I discovered the Nest Temperature Sensor. What a great addition. Place the temp sensor in the best location and Nest which to use. Easy
