The Basic Unit Of Internet Routing Is

Electrical power routing is pretty straight forward so I would not expect this to be an expensive type unit. However, this unit exceeds expectations, is very solid, had great features and a fantastic price. My only complaint is I wish the front facing Always on AC outlet did not have an LED light next to it that was so raised. It gets in the way of larger / wider plug bases, say for example a stock iPhone USB-C charger.

Works well. I prefer this unit over the one offered by my cable/internet provider.

Good basic flash. Not much in the way of bells and whistle’s, but it’s twice The Guide number of my old unit. I am happy.

I needed a simple to operate remote that does not require a battery or phone connection to remain available without delay for long periods of time. the remote is a basic model that works as advertised. So for I am happy with this unit. I you need more advanced features than basic firing then a more advanced unit may be needed.

I am very happy with this unit. It is basic but is very handy and easy to use. The extension range is for quick and easy jobs. I will be using this for most of my interview boom work. I really like the foam grip that cover the whole of the bottom half of the main pole. Where it may lack a section to feed an XLR cord through, is something I can easy over look because I am its price. It's light weight easy to control.

I bought this to attach my Ninja 2 to my camcorder as a basic accessory - it has 2 separate screws/dials to secure the unit to the hotshoe and a monitor or another accessory. The dials are easy to turn and provide a very secure grip to the base and the accessory. I wish they included a ball head as well into the unit to allow for some degree of tilting - without it, the accessory is always at right angles to the camcorder and this can be problem if your accessory is a monitor, because you would have to bend or raise for a good view.

This stand alone multi-track recorder had a steep learning curve for me, but, after learning basic operations such as open menu, create and/or load songs; assign microphone XLR/TRS jacks to a channel (easy) and basic recording operations, this unit is very fun to operate. Granted this unit has been out for quite a few years, and I had debated buying the 32 track recorder, but opted for this 24 track and have had a blast. Send effects unit ( taking a dry unaltered recording signal and making it wet adding effect with an effect such as reverb or delay) was tricky. Recommend turning the volume all the way up and adjust down to get the effect to your monitors. This unit is so much fun am now going to splurge on some really nice microphones. My recording will include solo work with and without keyboard; trio and quintet jazz and ensemble work, and larger ensembles.

I wish I had bought one of these earlier. The 80L holds quite a bit of stuff. Its pretty basic: a box, a sealed door and a humidity control unit, but pleasing to use. Shelves are softly padded, controls are easy to use and it is much more pleasing to use than shelves or a basic cabinet. A couple of notes, the humidity unit maintains humidity between 35 and 65. It doesn't perform miracles. The optimum for photographic equipment is around 45, enough to keep grease from drying out, but not enough moisture to allow fungus to grow. It is illuminated from the side by LED's. They are a bit weak, and only really help in a very dark room. My only regret is that I might like a larger one, just so that I can divide up the space by equipment type. Useful also for chemicals, electronics and other items sensitive to humidity.
