The Mic is not the best out of the box. You must plug it into your computer, download Rode Central, and edit the settings. After that it is perfect.

Right out of the box it was evident the Epson DS-730N Network Scanner was top notch. The sleek, compact look fits right on my desktop and setup was a breeze. I installed the drivers and utility combo software, connected to my network using an ethernet cable and was ready to scan! My first scan was a simple one-page document - Can we say Quick??? In a split second a scan was completed and displayed on my computer screen. Since I was so impressed with how fast my first scan flew through the machine, I put it to the test with a larger document, fifty-nine pages were processed in 1 min and 25 seconds (yes, I did time it!), with NO JAM at all! I decided to run a stack of various business cards, no problem! I am able to save scans to a MS Office file which I then can edit, scans can be sent directly to an e-mail and directly to any computer on the network. If you need in depth instruction or need to troubleshoot, the user’s manual is online and very easy to understand and follow. The only (very small) negative is that photos can only be run through using a carrier page, however, this is clearly stated in the user’s manual. I highly rate the Epson DS-730N scanner to be a dependable, robust choice for your business or home network! Awesome monitor stand. Exactly what I needed. I was not sure what to get. Called and spoke with computer tech. He new exactly what I needed. Holds my 23 and 27 hi-def 4k Dell monitors with room to spare and is extremely stable. Exceptional customer service, Great job guys!!!!!

I called customer service clueless about what to use to transfer videos to my computer. The representative was patient, professional and took the time to find me the right equipment. It was exactly what I needed

For some reason, the cable to connect to my computer got left out of the box. I called in to see about getting a replacement and almost before I hung up there was one at my door. The folks at B&H are always ready to help. Appreciate the great service.

During this pandemic, my daughter's old computer went down and she needed one asap for remote classes. I called B&H and within three days a new laptop arrived! The machine is flawless, the service professional and the whole transaction was seamless. Couldn't be happier!

I had some trouble installing the software due only to my computer being so old, but I called Edimax and the customer service guy was incredibly helpful, and stayed on the line with me for 45 minutes until everything was working properly.

It everything it said it was and more. Had some ordering issues that when i called B&H they took care of the issue right away i would highly recommend them for all your computer and photography needs awesome store!

Got to power alpha key outputs from a program called ProPresenter into Blackmagic switcher. Setup and install was easy. Card outputs don't display as external monitors on windows. Does not effect function. The card does not come with a screw to attach it to the computer case. Shouldn't be an issue if you have the computer case accessories. Only wish it did 4k.

Computer was great. Came without the power cord. Called HP & they shipped it to us. Haven't received it yet, but I'm sure we will.
