Thermal Fax Machine Screen Printing

A very impressive machine: scanning, printing, sending fax. Uses inks for brillant photos. A secret I discovered: that machine can be operated from a computer through a USB connection (taped over in the back!!). In my case, putting the machine on the same WIFI as my computer proved difficult. I am delighted with the simple USB connection. That solution provides complete protection as may be impossible on some shared wifi systems.

The machine does a good job with heavy duty printing, copying and fax. I wish the cartridges were less expensive.

Epson all-in-one printerbought this for my small business and it is excellent for what I need no complaints very happy with the printer, set up is easy and simple it took only 10 minutes only start with the step by step guide to make it running. From: * Unpacking, *Filling the ink tanks, *Loading the paper, *Connecting the fax line, and *Installing the software. The process was not complicated at all and the two page step by step guide that comes with printer was very helpful My smart devices pick up printer with out any effort. printer, scanner ,copy, fax all in one I like touch screen features. I really like and use a lot of the options that are available on this printer/copier/scanner/fax. I previously owned another Brother machine that had performed well, but this one is even better.

Upgraded from my previous fax machine. Its fast and love the fact you can load more than 50 pages in the top feed.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.My business uses multiple all-in-one print/copy/scan/fax machines on a daily basis so I was very excited to have the opportunity to try this product.Pros- This machine is much quicker than any I have used in the past. The rate at which it produces copies far exceeded my expectations. Making double sided copies from two separate pages and copying double sided forms is such a breeze with this model. It's also extremely quiet compared to any other similar printers we've had in the past. The setup was very easy but I've only had about ten days to use it so I'm still learning all of its capabilities. Cons- The machine itself is quite large and very heavy. (We have it in its permanent location now so the weight of it shouldn't be a factor in the future). The quality of the printing isn't as sharp or crisp as with other printers we use currently. We still send old school faxes on a daily basis and this machine doesn't seem to have an option to print a confirmation after a fax has been sent. It's a minor detail that wouldn't keep me from purchasing it but it would be a beneficial option for our office.Also, the keypad is extremely sensitive, it types in things you are not touching and sometimes takes multiple taps to register a number. I looked into the toner cartridge price and it appears to be around $100, a little steep, but it only does black to I think it might be a savings in the long run over our color printers. Overall, I am thrilled with the product. The speed and quietness are far beyond what I expected! We love it!

I use scanner for online faxing: scan documents and send them through online fax service to fax machine. I also use chromebook. But I like the functions of this machine, and I have 1 pc to use it. I am surprised to find out that Canon has android and chrome apps that allows me to use my chromebook to connect to this machine. The wi-fi connection is my decision point vs. other model which gives me the flexibility to place this machine in a convenient location. In the PC software you can choose to save scanned documents to a local drive. In the chrom app, you can choose to connect with your mail app (gmail) and after the scan, the document becomes an attachment in a email. I then use the email to fax service to send fax. High speed; space saving design; simple and efficient interface.
