Thermal Label Printing Software Desktop

The product software is very good. It allows editing not available with your other label makers. When first printing I noticed less tape was being used, meaning more economy. The support in materials and suggestions is great as the PT-P700 cab become much more versatile.

For years I used the P-Touch Label maker and decided because I'm on my desktop computer more and more these days that i would treat myself to a Label maker that allowed me to display on screen the label , size plus add characters and symbols like Chinese symbols , all from my computer and then print the label quickly and error free . No more wasted tapes printing out what i thought I had typed. This unit sits neatly next to my desktop screen within easy reach . The only fault would be not having a Shortcut on-screen so I don't have to hunt it down among my other programs . But anyway I love this Label Maker .

I love that it auto-senses the size of the labels when you load them, so you don't have to configure the software for the labels you select. Switching rolls of labels is fairly simple. This is a direct thermal label printer, so the labels do fade over time, especially if exposed to sunlight (compared to the longer-lasting, thermal transfer labels from much more expensive printers). The labels look fresh and crisp when newly printed and are great for printing postage or shipping labels. The compact size means it's always ready to go without taking up much desk space. I remember the first time I used a computer with a SSD for the operating system and was blown away with the speed. The Samsung 980 PRO further improves the speed at which your computer can perform. My computer has a x570 motherboard and was able to take advantage of the speed gains from PCIe Gen4 and improves my game performance and file transfer speeds over my current SSD. The Samsung Magician software was great to clone the drive and use to maintain and monitor the Samsung 980 PRO. I appreciate the care put into thermal management through the software and thermal label because nothing slows down a PC than heat. I wish I could have tested on my PS5 but the SSD expansion port is disabled but will try it once it allows it.

The label printer is easy to use and very fast at printing stamps or labels.

Great stand for desktop use. Only one drawback is that bar code label took some work to remove.

I have been thrilled with this new wireless labeling device .. .. It was extremely easy to setup .. .. The label software is user friendly .. .. Cost a bit more for the wireless .. but I'm extremely satisfied and glad I went for it .. ..

Black printing is very fast. I can print from my desktop or my Android. Easy peasy!!!

Very good quality, label on top makes it great for writing your info or printing.
