I have owned many printer in the past. Anything HP I stay away from. I did have 2 Lexmarks but the last one the screen died and I could not get it serviced. This is my second Brother print. The first one is in my office in FL and this one is in my office in ME. Both of them are still working and were the easiest printer to set up on WIFI. since i use it for only printing office documents, the print quality is very good. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a different thermal printer model and had issues with the feeder and app. This Brother printer is perfect for my small business needs and fits my 4x6 shipping labels for packaging. It was fairly easy to set up and get started with the online and app features. So far I'm happy with the quality of the print and capabilities to make adjustments in app. I love not having to purchase ink for this thermal printer which saves me time and money! 5 |
