Needed a short cable to connect thermal printer to computer. Functions well. 5 |

I own two Espon scanners now, this one and the previous version. This scanner scans documents with impressive speed. The speed is actually what sold me on this scanner. I refuse to use my (or any for that matter) printer to scan documents anymore. Using a printer to scan is so tedious and time consuming. So much so that I would opt to keep physical receipts throughout the year (for taxes, etc.) instead of scanning them. Scanning them was too much work but keeping so many receipts was also inconvenient, and created unnecessary clutter. But NOW, shoooot. Put a stack of papers/receipts in the feed, get the app ready and hit scan. And in no time this thing scans and shoots them through and out into the tray. I have recommended this scanner to everyone in my immediate family. This is a review for the Epson DS-500W II Wireless Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. While testing and using the Epson RapidReceipt 400w wireless scanner I come to appreciate a number of key elements of the product. First off, the setup and installation of the scanner was easy and intuitive! I found that the materials provided enabled a quick start and setup that was operational in less than 10-15 minutes. The scanner is always adaptive with a wide array of existing software to make cataloging receipts for records and accounting purposes a breeze! I think the scanner was designed for small businesses and freelance/remote workers as it packs a lot of value in a small package. As far as the performance is concerned, I was very impressed with the image quality as well as the speed of the scanner. The feeding process for receipts were much quicker than a traditional multi use printer-scanner device and the dedicated platform excels at being a purpose driven device that allows me to free up my multi use printer for other tasks. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson DS-575W II Wireless Color Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. My entire adult life I have had to own a laser printer for quality printing, and a multi-function fax/scanner/copier (MFP) printer to scan documents such as receipts, business cards, and other important papers. I've tried dedicated scanners both with and without automatic document feeders and they've just never performed well for me. They usually required cumbersome software and forget using the ADF as they always jammed. I always found myself taking my receipts, cutting them down to fit a sheet of paper, and scotch-taping them to the paper and manually scanning each page. Time consuming and annoying, but the only way to reliably scan my documents. Then comes the Epson DS-575W II and I'm a new man. I usually have to scan receipts of all different sizes as well as standard letter size documents into a single PDF document. The Epson scanner allows me to take my stack of similarly sized receipts, place them in the ADF, and scan them into a single file; then once that is done I can take the next set of similarly sized documents and have them all scanned into the same file as the first set. Scanning is much faster, and I no longer need to stand next to a flatbed scanner and scanning one page at a time. What used to take 30 minutes now takes 5, I am in love with this scanner! The footprint of this unit is small, and it doesn't require a physical connection to a computer to perform scans as it uses WiFi, though USB is still an option. You can even configure the scanner to scan to cloud services. 5 |

This thing is awesome. We have over a decade tried the all-in-one printer/scanner/copier, and have since accumulated tons of paper because the ADF on the all-in-one is slow, it's prone to error, the quality of the scan is suspect, etc. We've just settled for huge filing cabinet and hope for the best. With 2 kids under the age of 4, and using receipts, documents, etc. for both work, and personal reasons for mortgage, car work, investments, etc… it's just accumulated and we haven't been able to keep up. This came in the mail and I was frustrated with how it didn't have wifi at first. But the set-up was so simple. The size and durability of the printer quickly changed my mind since it was small enough to fit on my desk vs my all-in-one. I was up and running within 10 minutes. It connected easily through my docking station and my wife has even enjoyed it. It scans so quickly, and the quality I can't believe given how quickly it goes through. Even carbon copy receipts was clearly legible! I think I scanned closed to 20 pages in seconds. The software is easy to use, I wished it had a few more integrations (e.g. one note, which I'm sure if I played around with it more I could print to one note). The indexing could always be better, but I think that's true even with the most sophisticated hardware/software out there. You'd have to get pretty smart like detecting a change in paper/font/layout to know "this is a new document" (enhancement request!). I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to clear out paper, index their personal files, create back-ups, or otherwise really reduce the stress of "all this paper!". 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a different thermal printer model and had issues with the feeder and app. This Brother printer is perfect for my small business needs and fits my 4x6 shipping labels for packaging. It was fairly easy to set up and get started with the online and app features. So far I'm happy with the quality of the print and capabilities to make adjustments in app. I love not having to purchase ink for this thermal printer which saves me time and money! 5 |

These print well in my Casio CW-50 Thermal Printer and I don't ever recall having a bad burn with one of them. Although they are rated at 16x, I usually burn at 8x and have never had a problem. 5 |

I've never had a recording or playback problem with these DVD+Rs and the white inkjet coating works great with my Casio CW-100 thermal disk printer. Not all inkjet coatings work with the thermal printer but the coating on these DVD+Rs works perfectly. 5 |

I love this printer. Right selection of media to choose from and no ink to replenish (Thermal) you can print using the app for your phone or a USB cable to print from your computer. Compact and easy to use. 5 |
