When you buy the Espon 8550 Printer for the first time, it's going to print out blank pieces of paper for a little bit, Do a print head cleaning on you printer, you have to do it a billion times because it's trying to break the printer in. It took 6 hours to get the printer working. So far I like the printer, it just a food for thought if anyone interested into buying a Espon Printer. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a different thermal printer model and had issues with the feeder and app. This Brother printer is perfect for my small business needs and fits my 4x6 shipping labels for packaging. It was fairly easy to set up and get started with the online and app features. So far I'm happy with the quality of the print and capabilities to make adjustments in app. I love not having to purchase ink for this thermal printer which saves me time and money! 5 |

These print well in my Casio CW-50 Thermal Printer and I don't ever recall having a bad burn with one of them. Although they are rated at 16x, I usually burn at 8x and have never had a problem. 5 |
