This review is of the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Accounting Edition document scanner. There are several things about this printer that I think make it stand out. First, the footprint of this scanner is great - for a small office or home use, it can sit on the desk, conveniently located but not be in the way. Secondly, I love the "no wires" option. While most of the time I use it while it's plugged in, if I'm working in another room and need to bring it with me I just pull the cord out of the back and pick it up. The fact that it connects to my wireless so that I don't have yet another cord coming out of my laptop or dock is really nice. Lastly, the "accounting edition" software works amazingly well. It scans the receipt and pre-populates fields regarding that receipt allowing me to categorize and sort things how I want. That's not to say it doesn't have issues - since it recognizes text, I don't know why it can't auto rotate the scan if a receipt is put it upside down, instead it still tries to pre-populate the accounting fields and it does a very poor job in that case. It is well made and doesn't seem flimsy. I have a little trouble opening it up with the latch they provide. I occasionally have issues with receipts not feeding thru correctly and crinkling inside the machine. It happened a couple of times at the very beginning of my testing out the device and was very frustrating since the receipts it did it on seemed clean, flat and not expected to get stuck. Since then it has worked pretty well although it still jams occasionally. At this point I've scanned in about 40 receipts as well as many full-size documents. Overall, I recommend this product as a nice daily use receipt scanner. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. 5 |

I bought this printer after my coworkers lost the power cord to my old p700 printer. I chose this one because it just uses a usb micro. I was surprised by how well the new one works. And how long it holds a charge. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new DYMO LabelWriter 5XL is accessible and has come in handy for personal or business use. Inside the box, you will find the printer, USB cord, power cord, power adapter, instruction manual, and a roll of labels. The printer is aesthetically pleasing and fits directly next to my computer on my desk without taking up to much space. I found setup along with registration were relatively easy on my windows computer and took maybe 10-15 minutes. One tip for a quick set up as mentioned in the manual is to not connect the printer to your computer until after the software installation. 5 |

I had another printer that would not properly load the paper through the printer. A friend from "church" knew I needed a printer and gave me this printer. This printer is Brand new and has not been used! I had a little trouble getting it to turn on because I did not have the power cord "seated" fully into the printer. I was getting frustrated so I figured: "I will come back to it after I come home from my dentist appointment." Well after I came home that is when I unplugged the USB cable and unplugged the power cord and then plugged the USB cable back in and then plugged the Power cord back in and gave it an Extra hard shove. This time when I pressed the power button it turned on!! BOY did I feel embarrassed! After the Printer turned on all of the drivers installed with no problems!! I printed 7 pages earlier today with no problems and the "darkness" of the print was perfect! I think some of the problems that some people are experiencing with the "darkness" of print issue may arise from Not checking the settings in the print menu before they print. Why do I say that? I read the eManual and made sure I understood how to operate it before I printed anything! You can "Adjust" the "Darkness" or "Lightness" level of the print in the Print Settings. 5 |

This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. The Epson RR-400W Receipt Scanner is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their receipt management process. As someone who has a house full of shopaholics its been a struggle keeping track of paper receipts, so I was eager to put this scanner to the test. Unboxing and setup were relatively quick and easy. It did take 20-30 minutes to get up and running and software downloads, registration and updates took some time before the scanner was ready to go. The scanner’s performance is where it truly shines. With its impressive scanning speed and accuracy, it effortlessly handles a variety of receipt sizes and types. The ability to scan both single and double-sided documents in one pass is a time-saving feature that sets it apart from competitors. The RR-400W also offers WiFi and USB connectivity allowing optimal placement of the scanner for those who have two home offices in their house. After scanning multiple documents, including receipts, biz cards and large documents I only had one misfeed which was quickly resolved. In conclusion, the Epson RR-400W Receipt Scanner surpasses expectations with its exceptional performance, versatile connectivity options, and user-friendly design. Whether you’re a small business owner, a busy professional, or simply looking to declutter your workspace, this scanner is sure to impress. With its efficient operation and reliable results, it’s an indispensable asset for anyone looking to take control of their receipt management process. Highly recommended. 5 |
