This is the third dye sublimation printer I own and the media is always great that accompanies it.

Awesome printer, but I wish the flatbed scanner was functional, sublimation prints have come out fantastic so far.

This is the absolute best sublimation I have had. I didn't like my Epson one I had previously. The quality of this printer and ink is amazing!

This sample pack came with the Epson printer that I purchased. I did not expect the results of my print tests to be this good - in fact, I ordered several other sample packs by very reputable photo paper companies that didn't yield the results of this product. I am blown away by the color quality of the Hot Press Bright paper. I don't know that I have ever had such beautiful color on a matte paper. I am creating encaustics for a body of work and am happy to report that this paper works very well with the wax medium that i am using. The ink does not run with the application of wax, and the wax does not crack in the freezer test process for encaustics.

Needed a short cable to connect thermal printer to computer. Functions well.

It came with all the essentials, paper, ink, very clear instructions and useful information for heat transfer to various types of blanks. I would recommend this to anyone that is not sure of whether they can learn to use it or not. I would definitely buy this again.

The HiTi dye sublimation printer produces professional-looking prints, as long as you carefully match the colors on the screen to the printer output (that is not particularly easy with the current Windows software, but that's a printer issue, not a paper issue). The paper and dye cartridge are proprietary, so you must use HiTi's correct paper and cartridge with their printer. The cost is reasonable.
