Thin, good construction, and smooth threads.

Back in 2009, I panned this product for sloppy construction standards and lack of a closeable cardboard box, which had been available previously. Based on the most recent review, I recently purchased three more of these slide boxes and am happily surprised. The closing cardboard box is back (which I use for storage and transporting), the slide box itself seems more robust (riveted and welded latches; back to the original latch design), and each row is the proper width. Best slide storage solution on the market.

Strong durable paper on good cardboard roll...does not crinkle easily...I sent back my cloth background in exchange for this and couldn't be happier!

I use the circular polarizer for landscape shooting. This one has quality glass and thin construction.

Just an FYI to anyone who runs into the same problem I did. The inner diameter of the roll of paper we bought was too large (about 2.5) and the expansion pieces wouldn't expand enough to get fully tight inside the tube. We just got some sheets of paper and rolled them up in a tube, stuck them inside the cardboard tube and they expanded out to the walls of the tube. That effectively decreased the inner diameter of the cardboard tube. Since paper doesn't really compress much that enabled us to get the expansion things very tight inside the paper tube which is what you want. Hope that made sense. Great product. Hope this helps someone.

I bought this to transfer some background paper from a damaged cardboard core to avoid permanent wrinkles.  The pole is light but strong, and assembled easily.  Very satisfied with it.

100-foot roll came securely protected in cardboard box wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it from rain. Inside, the roll of paper had a brown paper wrapping with a plastic bag covering. End spindles fit tightly inside the rugged box, protecting the paper from getting damaged on the ends. The paper prints great…..looks better than original prints. Reasonably priced.

I ordered three of these to help some warped backdrop paper rolls that have been mounted for a while. I assembled them with the included allen wrench and inserted them into the cardboard core of the backdrop there is some space between the two which I fixed from a suggestion from another review. I cut some strips of rubber drawer liner and pushed them into the gap between the metal tube and the cardboard tube to create some grip so they would turn without slipping. the rolls of background paper now turn smoothly. it didn't eliminate the warp but it allows them to turn very smoothly. I think that installing them at the start of a new roll would keep them from warping.

I wanted to take better portaits of family and friends, so I purchased this. It is reasonably priced. The color goes well with my kids and their basic outfits. It is a heavy weight paper. No flaws in the color. It arrived in a heavy duty cardboard tube, which will be great for storage. The paper is also rolled on a smaller heavy duty cardboard tube. I created a couple of nice brackets and hung it to the wall using a 10' piece of 3/4 pipe. I can pull it down to use and roll it up to get it out of the way. I made it convenient to use. I am now trying to learn more about lighting. Enjoy.

Savage seamless paper has never disappointed in the quality department. The paper and the cardboard roll tube are both well made and well packaged, wrapped tightly enough to maintain tension even when the roll is almost entirely extended. The only downside is that the quality of the roll is dependent on how it was handled during shipping. When I received mine, it had a kink that effected the roll as it was extended. It wasn’t anything that I couldn’t work with, but had the shoot been more sensitive, it would have caused a problem.
