Think Tank Airport Traveler Camera Backpack Lock Reset

Think Tank is the best. My primary Camera bag is the Airport Security V2, but there are times when this is too big, so I got the convertible rolling backpack as it's easy to roll or throw on your back. I'm a huge Thank Tank fan. Have 5 of their bags ranging from Production Manager 40 to the original Retrospective 30 (which is 12 years old and still running strong.)

This Think Tank Airport Roller Derby Camera bag is awesome. Lots of room for all my cameras, lenses, and accessories. Rollers are great and the bag is well built. You won't go wrong with investing in this bag.

This is my fourth Think Tank Photo camera bag and it is beautifully constructed from quality materials. It holds all of my FujiFilm gear with room for some additional accessories or lunch. Curiously, the backpack lacks a business card pocket and although you can lock the zippers for the camera compartment, you cannot lock the zippers for the computer/tablet pocket. It seems like an oversight to me, so I will sew a business card pocket inside the top flap of the camera compartment, and replace the rivets on the zipper leather tabs with eyelets so that one lock can secure all four zipper tabs. It seems fairly simple to me and I am surprised that Think Tank Photo never considered a business card pocket or that a photographer would want to lock the zippers to the computer/tablet pocket.

Not only is the Think Tank Photo Airport Advantage practical, it’s also sized perfectly for a petite person like me. It fits all the gear I need for a trip by any means, and takes up little space. Having a rolling camera bag takes the weight and pressure off the back, especially when carrying long, heavy lenses. It’s built well, so I feel confident that my gear is safe.

What can I say. I believe Think Tank makes the best bags. I have had an Airport Security for about a year now and love it. When I realized I needed more room for additional gear that I recently procured, I chose the International as my second bag. Both these bags are outstanding quality. The International being only slightly smaller than the Airport Security, I know that I can travel on most international flights now. The zippers are outstanding, probably bomb proof!. After loading up your equipment for the first time, within a few days the interior forms nicely around the gear. Highly recommended!

Think Tank Photo hit the ball out of the park with the Airport Roller Derby bag. I just replaced my Airport Security (v2) and Airport 4-Sight with this bag. It's the perfect size for my traveling architectural photography business - easily fitting the overhead compartments on even commuter jets. And the wheels are the best yet. (I actually just found out my floors have a low spot in them because of this bag.)I've got my bag filled with two 5Dm3 bodies, three TS-E lenses, a 24-70 f2.8L-II, a 16-35 f2.8L-II, an 600EX-RT flash, two camera battery chargers and six batteries, plus AA batteries & charger, lots of cables, and a Lacie Rugged hard drive. I can even fit my 70-200 f2.8L-II when I need it. Better yet, my MacBook Pro Retina and iPad fit perfectly and getting through TSA is a breeze using this bag. If only Think Tank Photo made shoes too!!

I've had both the Think Tank Airport bag and this Tenba Roadie for over a year and the quality of the Tenba is superior. There is more room inside, the wheels and handle are MUCH better and the zippers don't get stuck! Buy the Tenba, you won't regret it.

I can pack this inside my Think Tank Airport security bag. The stand feels well built. Im not sure how much actual weight it can handle but I was able to mount a Flashpoint 200 with 20 inch octobox and it was ok. I wouldnt try it outside with any wind. The feet must be on level ground and you will have to torque the wingnuts to hold heavier loads. So far Ive had no problems and Im considering a second for out of town travel. These would perfect with speed lights for an on-the-go setup.

I own the Think Tank Airport Accelerator V2 which served me well for the past 5 years, but my back began screaming at me because I could pack so much into it. I realized I needed to get some wheels so I researched the Airport Security V2. At first I was concerned about the size and wondered if I could actually get more into it than my TT Airport Accelerator. My back convinced me to spend the money. I'm glad I did! It easily holds my Nikon 600 f/4, 2 pro bodies, SB910 speed light, 70-200, 24-120, 14-24 and tons of misc equip. That's 35 pounds ..... All pulled on wheels of clouds! I could have packed more, but I didn't want to embarrass myself when it came time to lift the bag into the plane's overhead. Yes it's expensive, but for good reason. My only regret is that I should have waited a few more weeks because Think Tank came out with a version 3.
