Thinkpad Docking Station Ethernet Port Out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used ThinkPad products for years and have never been disappointed. This docking station is a great product and works well. When I get to work I only have 1 cord to plug in to connect my E595 to the multiple monitors, mouse and keyboard.

This docking station will enable me to use my Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 2 as my main PC if necessary. So, that allows the T15 to perform two functions: travel and primary computing. I tried it out and it works great.

The ThinkPad Hybrid USB-C Docking station is a conveneient way to plug in my laptop to multiple monitors, local area network and peripherals with just one cable. makes transition from home office to work office space easy and simple without having to carry around extra wires or charging adapters.

I was able to attach three monitors to my Dell Inspiron 17 - 3780 Laptop but I needed two display port to HDMI cables to attach my two HDMI monitors - and when connecting to the Display Ports the one HDMI out on the docking station replicates one of the Display Port outputs... combined with using the HDMI out on my laptop and the screen of my laptop I have four monitors now - it would have been nice to attach five if the HDMI out on the docking station wasn't replicating one of the display port outputs... In any case, the universal dock has been rock solid so far.

If you are looking for an excellent docking station, this one is for you!
