Thinkpad X1 Dock Station

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great docking station for my ThinkPad Carbon x1. Tons of hookups available so I could connect two monitors, a printer, phone charger, etc. Easy set-up. Would highly recommend.

Bought a new Lenovo ThinkPad, E16 Gen 1, along with a ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock v2. The dock gave me constant Device Disconnect issues dealing mainly with the ethernet port. Replaced that dock with an identical dock and it had the same issue. Tried an iVANKY dock that my support folks had and it worked perfectly. So, I purchased an iVANKY dock for $100 less than the Lenovo dock and it's been great. Lenovo kindly reimbursed me for their dock which didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad X1 Carbon has to be one of the lightest, most powerful business laptops out there. I was a lifelong Apple guy until experiencing this machine but the power and customizability Lenovo offers for the price was too hard to pass up.

It's smooth, fast, and incredibly accessible. I've worked on it from a moving car, aircraft, in office, and out of office. The port placement, size, and trackpad are great. No issues integrating with my existing accessories. 10/10, cannot recommend ThinkPad enough.
