Thinkvision Portable Monitor Not Working

The ThinkVision T22 is a great monitor. The built-in camera, microphone and speakers work flawless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkVision T22v-20 21.5-inch FHD VoIP Monitor has a great picture and is very practical to use. I replaced a Dell monitor I had used for years, and love that this one includes a camera a speakers, as well as a place to plug in headphones and a place charge a phone. I was reluctant to replace my old monitor, but am very glad I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this portable monitor because I had a need for an extra monitor when I'm working on the road. Very easy to connect to and my laptop charges the monitor. Took a while to figure out that I didn't need the power cable connected to the monitor, but once I figured that out, it was seamless.

I love this portable monitor and it has worked great since having to teach remotely due to COVID. I used it last semester and when I tried to use it again after summer break it was not working. I contacted Mobile Pixel customer service and they were very fast at communicating with me to try and troubleshoot. Once it was clear the product was not working properly, they sent me a new one and provided a return shipping for the defective one. I am sooo glad I contacted them, now I can start my Fall semester without any technical issues :)

Excellent portable monitor that you can attach to the back of tour laptop. Really comes in handy especially if you are working from home.

Monitor has been working great for me for about 8 months now, best monitor I've ever had.
