Three Room Surveillance Camera To Computer Kit

Wanted another camera to go with six camera kit with nvr which were used for outside surveillance. Placed new camera inside to see down hallway. Great view and image.

I needed a short USB extension to get from my hub back to my computer. Three feet was just the right length. It just quietly does whatever I ask of it, from charging an iPod to connecting to my card reader.

I got this because the unstable electricity in my home was frying my audio interfaces that were connected to my computer via USB. I went through THREE audio interfaces before I realized what was going on. After I bought the M-8X2 my interfaces started working again and my whole setup feels more stable. Plus is good defense in case there's a lightning storm one day. I highly recommend this product!!

I bought the Lowel Tota-light as part of the Lowel Interview Three-Light Kit (w/Soft Case); do a search for B&H # LOOTK. My particular focus of use will be for independent filmmaking and photography work as well. I'm very satisifed with the Tota's quality build at this price-point and its variable and broad light output depending on which bulb you use up to 750 watts. The Tota will most cetainly fill up a room with nice ambient light. Very, very bright. I bought the 4-piece Tota-Shades accessory which clip onto the Tota's reflectors; they serve as extra bardoors/flags to help shape your light better.

This kit costs a little bit more than others but I've found it to be completely worth the money. Three key advantages: 1) it extends to 12'; 2) the build quality is excellent, both the legs and the crossbar are beefy and feel very solid; 3) it comes with a very nice carrying bag with internal dividers. Overall, highly recommended.

A pair of these Lowel barndoors came with my Lowel Interview Three-Light Kit (w/Soft Case) -- do a search for B&H # LOOTK. My main use will be film shoots and photography work. These are pretty decent quality barndoors for the Lowel Omni-Light price-point. There's a good amount of flexibility in terms of mounting one or two possible accessories at the same time. I made a seperate purchase of a Lowel half scrim, full scrim and a glass diffuser. More flexible features are the full 360 rotation of the barndoors and all the doors expand open even further for more light shaping abilities. I have no complaints. Remmeber to wear gloves as the lights get really, really hot and heat up the barndoors considerably.

Three years later: I sold my Nikon kit as well as the RRS TC-24 tripod. I used this tripod for the past 3 and a half years with Sony A7II as well as Sony A6300 cameras and an assortment of FE lenses during all my travels. On occasion I put on it a Nikon 300mm f2.8/D810 combo - but it was a stretch - I did not extend neither the column nor the last two leg sections. The tripod legs are working perfectly, no issues. Very happy with the quality and the camera support offered. Highly recommended.

I'm using it for concerts, where it improves footage that previously looked more like a surveillance camera!

It's great to connect my computer to my camera with the magnetic support kit quick release.
