Timer Tool Classroom

I use the product daily in my high school classroom. It works great. I like the timer feature on this model. It's good for timing discussion times between students, etc. For some reason, the students think the green laser is especially cool.

I was wondering if I really needed this, I could have used the self timer instead. But this little tool proved to be a good purchase.

I bought the Zoom Q8 to use as a classroom tool, recording my lectures. It is working out perfectly, both video and audio. Simple to use and reliable results. I mount it on a short, adjustable tripod, but it is small enough that it is not distracting to anyone. I also like the fact that its .MOV files are so easily convertible to a wide variety of other formats. R.A.

This is a great tool to use in the classroom. I can walk around and write on a displayed document at the same time. The price point is great also.

This is my first presenter tool but I have to say it was a great decision to buy this version (vs. the lower grade one). I opted for this version because of the timer and green vs. red laser pointer. Both worked very well during a recent presentation and I wasn't concerned with the remote's reliability or functionality. Great buy.

As we geezers age we get slower & this is the tool you need to get in the group picture without having to use the timer mode. Also great for waiting for that perfect shot of the family opening gifts at a special occasion

Love this tool. In many cases it is more effective than trying to set a timer and running into the proper position. I do wish the distance was 5 to 10 feet longer?it seems to not be effective after about 16-18 feet from the camera. But all in all, a great tool.

Fits perfectly in the classroom.
