One of the best bluetooth speakers in the market. Sound reproduction is amazing and bass is too good.

Love it. Love it. Really wasn’t aware how much I missed good bass from the small Bluetooth speakers I had. I take it all over the house and enjoy it loud and soft. Bass might be just the smallest bit thumpy on some songs. Bluetooth connection was seamless and fast.

This speaker is exactly what I was looking for to play music around the house. It connects fairly quickly to Bluetooth via the app, and the bass bumps. Perfect for dance parties with my kids or relaxing to classical music at dinner time. I also ordered one of the little posts me speakers to sync up and play music in the kitchen so I’m looking forward to having a “surround sound” effect. I had been looking at a 2-3k dollar set up with a receiver and separate L/R speakers but am so glad I went with this because it meets my needs without being too technical for a novice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this sound tower, and I am the second reviewer in the house. I have several Bluetooth speakers at home, but when I saw this beast, the MX-ST50B I was really curious if this was just about size and lights or about sound. This is a very simple speaker to operate. You can stream from Bluetooth, plug is through a RCA cable, and even use a microphone for karaoke. Personally I just wanted to hear the sound which for me is most important. This speaker does not disappoint. The lights are a nice addition as this really is a party speaker. I didn't sense they work in perfect unison with the music, but there a several light sequences to choose from, and all of them look pretty cool. I didn't expect something of this size to have a battery, but it does. Makes this very "portable" as there is a built-in handle to lift it and move it around. The battery allows for placing it anywhere you want, not restricted by a cord. I streamed some metal music from my phone and I was quite impressed with the clarity of this speaker. It also had decent bass, and depending on the song, the bass boost livened things up some more. If you're looking for a single speaker to entertain with, this would be a great choice. You can link speakers together either in stereo, or more speakers to fill out a larger area. I definitely recommend this speaker.

I bought this a while ago, I had looked up so many reviews on different Bluetooth speakers in preparation of buying one, but this particular one always managed to come out on top. My mom had a Bose speaker in the past so I was used to their sound profile. It’s portable, made of quality materials, and water resistant (Boat tested). It’s not perfect sound by any means, but it will surprise you and delight despite its size. It’s got some nice base, clear vocals, and it doesn’t distort at high volumes (you probably won’t need to go above half volume unless your outside with guests). From my experience; it’s a win, If you’re in the market this one’s the front runner.

UE boom's bluetooth wireless speakers never disapoint. It's my 3rd one in 10 years, and I've always been satisfied.

The B&H shopping experience was top notch as usual. I had done a ton of research before deciding upon Audioengine A2+ speakers. The research seems to have paid off. I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome the speakers sound right out of the box. Some of the reviews I had read indicated a subwoofer is required to really bring out the speakers. I decided to listen to them for a few days without a subwoofer before adding one to judge for myself. While I found the bass a little flat, I felt that as computer desk speakers, they sounded great. I later added an 8 subwoofer and Holy Cow did that ever make a difference! Now the speakers sparkle accompanied by deep rich bass. I love listening to music at my desk and the Audioengine A2+ speakers (with subwoofer) makes that experience way more pleasurable. I highly recommend the speakers.

First of all I'd like to comment on people who are having connection issues with these speakers. 9 times out of 10 it is your router. I'm a retired network administrator so I'm not just throwing that out there. If your router has a data speed of 600 Mbps or less, you need to upgrade your router to get the best performance out of these speakers. Even more bandwidth if you have a heavy load from other devices. I used a 1200 Mbps router that is about 50' from the speakers (through two brick walls) and it works great with my Roku TV. Now on with the review: I was stunned at the quality of sound coming from these tiny little speakers with just 3.5" woofers and a .75" tweeter. in them. These compare favorably to a set of old school (think '90s) 3-way speakers I used to own with a 10" woofer in it. Because of the great bass coming from these speakers, I doubt I'll ever need to get a subwoofer for this set up. A subwoofer would be great for a large room, but my TV room is small and these are plenty of bass. They also give warm mid-range and crystal clear treble. Needless to say, these speakers outperformed my expectations! Great job Roku!
