Top 10 Budget Camera Stabilizers

I really struggled with the decision to purchase the X-10. After my first shoot with it, I had no doubts it was the right decision. It is much less expensive than other competing stabilizers, it is very well built, not flimsy in any way. I like how adjustable it is and that I can use it with or without a monitor in the base, something not found on more expensive choices. It took me a few hours to get comfortable using it, and with just that little amount of practice I was able to produce extremely professional looking video for my client.

This is a recommendation to anyone looking to be on budget. Having to chose between the camera body and/ or included lens will not top a bundle quite like. During weeks or months of discounted offers will save you more then buying each equipment displayed separately.

Now these are not top of the line but they do really pack a punch for those of us on a budget and get the job done very well.

This is a very good value for the money. Well made and very rugged.  A minor issue is that it does not come with any assembly instructions or camera balancing instructions. I recommend looking at some on-line videos on balancing stabilizers. For a first time user of stabilizers the balancing process is not intuitive. Once properly balanced for a specific camera it works very well.

This strap is top quality in form and function. The navy color is beautiful, and the silk breathes well in heat so it doesn't leave a sweat strap across your shirt. The cord is extremely strong and folds up very discretely in a bag. And it easily turns into a wrist strap by simply wrapping your arm through it a couple times. On one hand it's a ridiculous price for a camera strap; on the other, it's by far the best strap I've ever used and I won't ever need to buy another. (Except that I just ordered another one for another camera.) If you're looking for the best, this is a 10/10.

Well made and works well with B 10 Plus. A little top heavy, though.

You like heavy metal... then get ready to rock this glass on your next shoot! It is a fun fast/fast lens. Manual wide open is a style which changes how you approach and move (flow) for your shot. I would call it a budget lens with big result. Like any budget lens, the extremes are where they can fall short.... but using it for cinema with the 'results may vary' mindset, it is fun and unlocks all sorts of creative vision. The performance to price is a 10/10... and if your using it for cinema... a 12/10! It is an instant studio fav,

When I need to travel for shoots I throw this on the top of an 8' light stand and essentially have a travel and budget friendly c-stand alternative to use. Highly recommended as a way to hold bead board/foam core/reflectors/diffusion/etc.

When I build a new computer it's done with the best components my budget will support. Mostly because I upgrade my system over time to extend it's viability. This time around the budget resulted in a top notch system. High end MB, Intel I9 processor, lots of fast memory, and, of course, an RTX 4090 graphics card. Gigabyte has become my go to computer hardware vendor. Their products are virtually always bulletproof. The RTX Master 4090 is no exception. This video card more than delivers the expected performance. The cooling on the card is outstanding and negates the need for water works, even when overclocking. Benchmark software temperatures have been well within recommended limits; even cool. Do note that this card is a BEAST and takes up a lot of room, so measure your case and other expansion cards carefully! Oh, and plan to feed it properly; a 1200 watt power supply was my choice. Do the above and you will find the Gigabyte GeForce RTX Master to be the cherry on top of your new computer build.
