Top 10 High End Studio Monitors

High quality, Top of the top of the lights for any location/studio work. ARRI has worked hard for the reputation that they have, and they definitely deserve it. Mostly use these lights for location music videos/ cooperate videos and they surely do the job. Lights run hot, but any industry grip/electric will have a pair of gloves handy.

Got these for a smaller studio I'm working out of for a getaway album project. I do production, post work, and mixing. I was comparing to other small monitors including genelecs, but already had the micro monitors and loved how those sounded. These MTMs, I'm happy to say, are incredible. The bass really goes down to 40hz in these tiny cabinets, it's insane. The imaging is really superb as well. I tried the Arc correction feature, but I got way better results with My sonarworks system. I love that you can put them on stands, I have mine on table top microphone stands, and they're perfectly ear level. Overall, these are way better than I expected, and the fact that they are semi portable is the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

If your studio monitors sit directly on a table top, these isolation pads are a must. Very effective and easy to use. The 3 ways you can use them (tilted up, down or straight) is great. My studio monitors sit on a table top and were at a little to low listening level, so the isolation pads not only stopped any vibration, they point or tilt the monitors in bit upward and work perfect.

I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing.

High quality studio monitors that look great! In a world of black speakers it's so nice to have good looking monitors with studio sound. Setup is easy and you can put the volume knob speaker on the left or the right. Good bass, clear highs and accurate reproduction with no baked in EQ. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this eND module, it works flawlessly and it is so nice having internal ND. I will be honest it is a bit annoying to navigate through the menu every time to change settings BUT with the Clutch handle its a dream, I mapped it out to a scroll wheel! Now I can adjust it on the fly, 10/10 recommend for any Flagship E2 user!!
