I have owned at least 10 high-end prime lenses over the past 5 years. This lens, it takes the cake! You have to really know the space you are working with and plan your shots to get the best results of course. But if you can't do that, you probably are not a prime shooter. Best image quality I have ever gotten from any lens hands down. Bokeh, I'm sure you already know it's as good as it gets. Sharpness, incredible. Auto-focus is fast and silent. Locks on almost every time, even with moving subjects. It doesn't even leave my camera body at 99% of my sessions now. I just can't stand the thought of using any of my other lenses (all very good as well). 5 |
