I got this mic as a budget option for my audio on my DSLR. The quality is fantastic. There is a slight hiss sometimes but for the most part this mic has over performed in every area. It is also one of the easiest to use mics out there because of it using power from the camera itself. 5 |

This has been a great mic for us so far. We were very low budget and using the built-in mic on the DSLR. A little money became available and this mic was on the list. I got this to allow a wider aperture when shooting video on my DSLR. This is a good budget solution, but a variable ND filter that fades exposure by rotating two polarizing filters would have been preferable. 5 |
