Top Budget Vlogging Cameras

So my first impression out the box was a little underwhelming due to the build quality. It felt very plastic and light weight compared to my manfrotto mini tripod but after actually using it for vlogging for the next few days I quickly changed my mind. The things that I faulted it for were small but beneficial when using it for vlogging. These table top tripods are best when used with point and shoot cameras, small action cameras or accessories. For heavier set ups I would go with the better built manfrotto. One thing that stuck out to me when actually using it vs unboxing it was the notch that is cut out to allow the ball head to go back a lot further than my manfrotto. This allows you to get a few more inches of distance when vlogging. If you are like me and don't like when the camera is too close to your face then this helps. It is a small difference but a noticeable one for me. You don't notice the lack in build when actually using it the way I did. The lighter weight made me feel like I was only holding my camera. On top of that its around ten dollars cheaper than my manfrotto option. Unless your entire goal is build quality or heavier set ups, id save some money and get this one if your use will be similar to mine. So for the price and actual usability I give it 5 stars. If you're just getting into vlogging but have a shoestring budget, I highly recommend the Rode Vlogger Kit. It's everything you need out of the box to produce quality videos using your mobile device.

I'll probably use this mostly as a small light stand and table top tripod, but it would work well for a vlogging setup too.

I use this for my iPhone Xs, as well as a few small mirrorless cameras. It's great for vlogging, for webcams, and is also great as a stabilizer for your iPhone as you gives you a great handle. And since it's Manfrotto, you know it's made to last. Very reasonably-priced too!

Now these are not top of the line but they do really pack a punch for those of us on a budget and get the job done very well.

This is the smoothest head for small cameras I've ever used. Manfrotto comes through again for a price my budget can afford.

When I need to travel for shoots I throw this on the top of an 8' light stand and essentially have a travel and budget friendly c-stand alternative to use. Highly recommended as a way to hold bead board/foam core/reflectors/diffusion/etc.

When I build a new computer it's done with the best components my budget will support. Mostly because I upgrade my system over time to extend it's viability. This time around the budget resulted in a top notch system. High end MB, Intel I9 processor, lots of fast memory, and, of course, an RTX 4090 graphics card. Gigabyte has become my go to computer hardware vendor. Their products are virtually always bulletproof. The RTX Master 4090 is no exception. This video card more than delivers the expected performance. The cooling on the card is outstanding and negates the need for water works, even when overclocking. Benchmark software temperatures have been well within recommended limits; even cool. Do note that this card is a BEAST and takes up a lot of room, so measure your case and other expansion cards carefully! Oh, and plan to feed it properly; a 1200 watt power supply was my choice. Do the above and you will find the Gigabyte GeForce RTX Master to be the cherry on top of your new computer build.
