This might not be your main light diffuser but it is something you must have in your bag of tricks. I use this on a SB-600 or SB-900 and fire it using Nikon CLS. It makes a great walk around light if you're shooting candids. Do yourself a favor though and buy the accessory strap. 5 |

I use these clamps to hold my Nikon SB-600, SB-800 and SB-900 speedlights with and without umbrellas. I use them on heavy duty and lightweight light-stands with and without booms. This is the second one I purchased - I purchased the 1st one about a year ago and have used it extensively. They are sturdy, reliable and versatile. Some have expressed concern that the hot-shoe adapter itself is made from metal and worry about the possibility of shorting out a flash. I can tell you that there is not a concern with the Nikon SB-600, SB-800 and SB-900 as there is plenty of distance between the flash contacts and the bracket when the flash is mounted. Excellent product in my opinion - 5 stars all the way. 5 |
