If I could give this product 6 stars I would. This is on the top of the tear of field recorders. I own many other recorders including the H4N and it doesn't get any better than this.

I use these to mount small monitors, and audio recorders to the top and bottom rails of my video camera (BMMCC). The camera cage has RRS rails installed on the top and bottom, so I can mount lights, recorders, monitors, microphones. The Arca-Swiss clamp tightening knob works flawlessly and is silky-smooth. The QR-style lever for the ball is a bit awkward - it is hard to find the right tension - not too tight, not too loose to make adjustments... But once you get the position set, and tighten the clamp, it is incredibly sturdy. I am not aware of any competitive option, this small, this flexible, this sturdy, this high-quality, at any price. Yes it is really expensive, but the build quality is unsurpassed. Once you have it, you won't regret the price. I only have 2 of these but wish I had 10. Made in USA.

I bought this adapter because I have a couple of Zoom HV1 recorders which only mount to a tripod mount and I want to put them on top of the camera. This little item does the job quite nicely. I like the fact that it is metal rather than plastic. The thumb screws can clamp down tightly on the hot shoe and there is no wobble.

I can always trust these cards with my recorders !

8GB SDRAM is much better than 4GB in my DELL desktop computer.

Have lot of big windows and always had issues seen screen. …….. not now with Frame Well worth it. Wish we had brought before Will be better when can get BBC I player

Set up is quick and easy. Screen shows amazing picture in high definition. I would say that it really needs two people to open it fully. The top middle portion of the screen flips back a little bit. Not a distraction unless you need to view something at the very top middle 2 to 3 inches of the screen. Love the product.

I'm terms of audio recorders, this is the one to get. You will not be disappointed!

First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE.
