Toshiba 1 Terabyte Hard Drive

Fast Hard Drive at a decent price. I'd grab more if it was a couple hundred versus four hundred for the four terabyte version. Prefer actually if they would make an 8TB or larger size because I have too many SSDs now.

I replaced my 1 terabyte hard drive with this samsung 850 pro 512 gb and its practically instant on and everything opens fast ,i have a dell laptop i5447 i5 windows 8.1 . The software that came with the SSD did not work properly on my machine so i bought the apricorn 3.0 upgrade kit For $ $That cloned the hard drive flawlessly .:) Great SSD drive .BH was a pleasant buying experience (fast).

The WD Passport is extremely convenient and user friendly. I have a 1 terabyte LaCie external hard drive that uses a wall outlet. The plug in the back of the hard drive is becoming loose from plugging and unplugging the unit in addition to me having to order another cord. While this hard drive has been solid, my new WD Passport is easy, small, lightweight, convenient, fast, and uses a 3.0 USB with no outlet needed. This is huge because while the LaCie has been a good product, my WD Passport 2 terabyte blows the LaCie out of the water. I paid as much for my LaCie as I did for my WD Passport and I got an extra terabyte. I have backed up my LaCie to my WD Passport and my confidence in not loosing my data is sky high. Thank you B&H for offering a great product at a great price.

First time shopper with B&H. Hard Drive was well packaged with extra bubble wrap around the Toshiba box. I added the hard drive to my Synology system. It was recognized and began rebuilding. I purchased this for the 5 year warranty.

I got a Toshiba hard drive off of Amazon and it works well, but it is not very fast. I got this product at B&H and it is so much faster. The design is futuristic and stands out more than any other object on my desk. That's why I gave it 5 stars. Thank you B&H, and thank you WD My Passport.

I bought this case hoping it would protect my Western Digital 4 Terabyte Ultra Drive. The drive fits in the case as if it were made for it, with just enough room for the drive cable. The case is tough, yet light weight. It locks tightly and says it is watertight, but I don't plan on testing that feature. This is a great little case and I highy recommend it.

This 1TB Gold Anniversary Edition is another great hard drive from Western Digital.There are only two things that I do not particularly like about this drive.1.There are no rubber feet on the underside of the unit2.The USB cable is thicker and stiffer than the earlier modelsThese two combine to cause the drive to sometimes slide around when it's sitting on a smooth surface particularly when the USB cable is plugged into my MacBook Pro.Apart from those two minor complaints I really like this drive.1.This unit has so far performed flawlessly. 2.Compatible with both PC and Mac 3.USB 3.0/2.04.It's extremely fast and quiet5.Huge capacity6.Great price 7.Stays cool8.It looks awesome, has great form factor9.Contrary to what another reviewer has stated, this drive is extremely easy to reformat to the Mac platform, it took me all of 2 minutes10.Oh Yes, and there's Free Expedited Shipping, gotta love FES

It is a nicely sized 1 terabyte drive that is powered off of the USB port. I have purchased a few of these as they are economical.

INSTALLED THIS IS A 2006 IMAC WHOSE TOSHIBA DRIVE FAILED AFTER 15 MONTHS..NOT ONLY IS THIS DRIVE MUCH FASTER BUT IT IS ALSO QUIETIER WHEN OPERATING.. EXCELLENT DRIVE!
