1st I got a 1TB Toshiba Canvio drive a little more than a year ago. The appeal was the simplicity. I've had other drives and find it annoying to continue updating the software and syncing, etc. so I wanted a simple drive that acts like a regular folder, and that's what the Canvio model does well. Well, as I did more backups I needed more space so I got this 2 TB drive, which works just as well. 5 |

I just added the WD 4TB Elements External Desktop Hard Disk Drive to my� back up solution (6 hard drives) and Windows 10.� I disconnected the power and USB cable from a full WD hard drive and replaced it with this new drive and fired it up. It works great, just like I would expect from Western Digital. 5 |

We have a 500gb External Hard Drive that has been excellent. I'm taking more video so wanted a new one that had more space. Compared to the older 500gb it feels much smaller even though dimensions are roughly the same. TONS of storage. 5 |
