I bought this printer two years ago, and has been the best. Duplex printing and scanning, very low running cost (be sure to select the 'print to grayscake' option, to avoid using color cartridges on black text). 5 |

What can I say this printer is a beast. Weighing in at 90 pounds. The duplex feature is a time saver and a paper saver I love the rich color that it produces. It's not the fastest printer i've used, but it's fast enough I highly recommended for any small office it's got expandable capacity with an extra paper tray to allow for multiple paper sizes being ready on demand - love it 5 |

Printer is reliable thus far (about 4 months) has all features needed, color laser, duplex printing and scanning, and even orders it's own toners as needed. I did add a second tray so it chooses the source automatically based on paper type requeseted by the job printed. A bit slow on some jobs, as it pauses the print to preform some sort of internal cleaning / adjusting. But can't argue with the results, quality outputs at very reasonable price. 5 |

My HP M452 color duplex laser printer developed ugly vertical black bands on all prints. Nothing I tried would eliminate this problem. Finally, I decided to replace the OEM black cartridge with a genuine HP branded cartridge and the problem went away. Live and learn... 5 |
