I've been using this trackball mouse with hand pad now for a month and have had no issues. Works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a trackball mouse for years, this is my first wireless trackball and I love it.

I was getting a bit of carpal tunnel from my mouse in my right hand. Got this trackball and set it up to use with my left hand. I now switch back and fourth between this and my mouse. Still training coordination but so far it's helping a lot.

I've had a Kensington trackball before and switched over to a mouse for years. I was having problems with my hand and thought I'd go back to it and give my hand a change up. This track ball is great, the buttons feel right and the scroll ring which is new to me is a definite improvement. Trackballworks is a downloadable app to customize the tracking device and makes it even more productive. Overall, good product at a great price.

I like Trackball mice; I don't have to slide my hand and the mouse all over. It's healthier for my wrist. Usually, I've had wireless Trackball mice but have become disillusioned with them. I get tired of changing and buying batteries for them. This mouse works great; it's response, easy to program, and having a cord is NOT a problem.

I purchased this mouse because I have carpal tunnel. My hand feels much better. It does take some time to get used to working with the trackball, but I'm getting the hang of it.

I was getting some carpal tunnel in my wrist from my regular mouse so I decided to try this trackball. I love it. I still use my mouse with my right hand and this with my left. I'm now ambidextrous now.

The Kensington Trackball really hits the spot for me. CAD is my primary use... It is large diameter and cruises across the screen. I got a red one. Green or blue would be my choice (that I did not make.) The four assignable buttons and the scroll loop are added benefits.Track balls were the first mouse products long before mouse options became available (using a rolling ball to surface desk, etc. they got dirty) One thing I might like is a travel security as the ball is not secure in its pocket. It is so nice to have the large orb, I take it home and to work and use it on various computers, and laptop. I need to take the dongle with me, but let me say it is nice. It stays in place and does not need all the space a mouse consumes. The wrist rest is a sweet accommodation, but is not required (it was delivered with the trackball. One reason I spent the extra funds for this deluxe product is it can be operated with either hand, hence when I first used a mouse 35 years ago I trained myself to use my less dexterous left hand for the simple point and click two button, and my right hand for the 100+ keyboard. I've had other track ball devices and they were never as easy to use as this honky-dory device. Ron P.

Bought this to relieve wrist pain caused by mouse use. Was hard to learn to use the mouse on my non dominant hand. Much easier to train myself to use this trackball on the non dominant hand instead. Works great out of the box. Shipping was fast and the team packed the item very securely with bubble wrap. My only complaint, as others have mentioned, is that the angle of the trackball is at an incline which can cause wrist pain after extended use. The angle should be at a decline instead. There are solutions for this (3D printed stands) and the newer trackball model is more neutral. I bought this model anyway because I prefer wired peripherals.
