I had been printing shipping labels on sticker paper, which would never line up to the top edge, so I had to cut them out of the middle of the paper. It was a pain and a waste. Now I press print and the QL-1100 is all like, "I got this" and shoots it out in two seconds. It was super easy for me to set it up. I have a Dell computer. I'm not technically savvy and it was a snap. I love, love, love this printer. I had been on the fence about buying a thermal printer, and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little printer is a great device for printing joyful memories at home, right from the party or event and share with your friends. The quality and color of the images are superb. It only takes few seconds to print and the printer application is super easy and convenient to use. It even has a lot of cute sticker and fun frame options that you can design your photos with. The package came with two beautiful photo albums and printing paper and another kind of sticker paper. It’s amazing to see how the printer transfers color without using any ink cartridges. It makes it more convenient to use, all you need is to order ink infused paper from their app and you are ready to go. The printer is very smooth, fast and low sound while printing. The battery lasts about 2 hours, which I would say is enough for a little device to print about 20 images in that amount of time. I love that I can print my own photos at home, and love how comfortable and fun the whole experience is with Canon. This is my new favorite personal printer! Everyone should have one.

I purchased this paper for a new laser printer I purchased at the same time, but decided to use it in my old Epson Printer (Stylus 410 going to be very sad when it dies) and changed the setting to match the paper and IT WAS GORGEOUS. I will definitely buy this paper again.

The Lasal photo matte paper is a nice weight and is not semi-transparent like some printer manufacturers' papers. You can print on either side, so you don't have to figure out which way the paper goes in each time you print. The surface is aesthetic and takes the ink well, rendering clean colors and a pleasing finished look to the image. The Epson R1900 processes it without any problems. A great paper if you want a serious photo matte paper without a gimmicky texture or horrendous expense. If you have a fine arts application you will appreciate this paper. The Moab company representative was helful, and answered product questions in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent quality for our color laser printer. Like the weight of the paper. It's strong, but not so thick that it jams in print as other thick papers do.

Im very happy with this printer.  I typically prefer the crisper printing, particularly with images, of an inkjet.  But the cost of inkjet cartridges on my Epson was too high, so I thought I would try a color laser again.  I have not been particularly happy with the color laser printers I have had in the past.  However, this one is a very solid build, pulls the paper straight, prints text extremely well and graphics good enough for me.  Paper curling is not bad at all and it takes additional paper trays.

As a self-employed writer, editor, desktop publisher, and writing teacher, I need a B&W laser printer for printing large quantities of drafts, and I hate having to add paper to the tray. When my workhorse LaserJet 4050 finally became unusable, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a B&W laser printer with a large tray at a reasonable price. I went with the M501, even though it's overkill for the quantity I print, because a 550-sheet tray came standard. It's also super fast. I occasionally need to print 2-sided, and the auto-duplexing is fabulous — wish I'd gotten that years ago. The footprint is exactly the same as the 4050, and it's not even as tall. I love the printer, but I knocked a point off of performance for a couple minor annoyances -- every so often, the printer thinks it's out of paper when it's not (something the 4050 never, ever did), and I have to open and close the tray. I also find it harder to load paper. And when I use the auto-duplexing, pages sometimes push other pages out of the output tray. I finally figured out that a little plastic piece that flips up at the end of the output tray is (I guess) intended to keep the pages in the tray, but that piece is not identified in the drawings of the printer and not mentioned anywhere in the manual I downloaded (since, of course, nothing comes with a manual anymore). (There's at least one other part on the printer that is not identified anywhere, and even though I apparently don't need to do anything with it, it still drives me nuts not knowing what it is or does.)
