Love this lens, took it on a recent trip to the Alps, and it was perfect. I was surprised at its sharpness, especially for a lens of this price. The weight was easy to handle and the autofocus is precise. No regrets buying this lens.

Impressed. Imported to UK. Far more detail than an ALPS Blue, not as much heft, but has more of everything. Extremely well built for price, high quality thick metalwork. Quirky coloured but I love it. Knobs are an acquired taste, plastic and gold metal effect coloured but do the job. An audiophile bargain unit!

I lost the lens cap to my 18-200mm VRII while hiking in the Alps. Bought this one to replace. It is factory Nikon, very functional. Arrived in good time. Great purchase!

I will use this Domke wrap to protect my DSLR while hiking in the Austrian Alps. I fits my camera and small lens perfectly and is not bulky so does not fill up a lot of space in my pack. It is easy to wrap and unwrap so my camera is readily available. The padding could be a little bit firmer but that would hinder it's size.

I hike often in the French Alps and the capture clip is amazing: My camera is a Sony RX10 Mark 3 that weighs 1Kg and I have the capture V3. The camera is always stable, accessible and secured thanks to the lockable quick-release button. The hex set of bolts maintain the clip well in position on the shoulder strap. I can run or rush downhill without being afraid of dropping the camera and of course, having the camera attached to the strap is a relief for my neck. In conclusion, I definitely recommend it to any outdoor lover having a bridge or a reflex camera.
