The printer is easy to work with and set up was pretty easy too. I have an older computer so I had to call to troubleshoot...they were so responsive and ready to help. The printer is fast but pretty noisy so you could never use it during a function while there is a speaker...otherwise it’s great. 5 |

I purchased the WIFI Hound to troubleshoot a large gym environment to find conflicting WIFI channels and Bluetooth. The graphing and spread sheet style data showed me all the conflicting channels so I could clear the problem. The WIFI Hound worked flawlessly. I have to watch my business partner to make sure he doesn't walk of with it he likes it so much. 5 |

Works on one laptop doesn't work on two others. They don't have information on how to troubleshoot they don't respond to messages and don't have other contact information listed. Don't bother dealing with them. 5 |
