Very impressed with this monitor. It is the monitor I got to replace my 9 yr. old Imac retina. Had to turn the brightness down to be similar to what I was used to. My wife said she can't tell the difference between this and our Retina Imac monitor

I'm really in love with this TV! Out of the box, it is blindingly bright, so much so that I had to turn down the brightness quite a bit! Colors pop and the sound quality from the built in speakers on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 7 which is not bad but a soundbar will always enrich the sound. I did not want to get an OLED TV due to it not getting bright enough for me and the way the brightness dims after a while. So my alternative was to go for the QLED and I am thrilled I ordered this TV!! Highly recommended!!!

Easy to sight in and I like how you turn it on and change the brightness. One button, 3 settings. Tap the button to go up and keep pressing until it comes down and turns off. I also like that it doesn't have a bunch of brightness settings. 3 is good for me.

The stunning brightness and great warm to cool feel as you turn it is totally superb. It turns easily also with the lens hood on using one finger, is super easy to clean, and a joy to use. It is so bright that I sometimes leave it on past dusk. It comes with a great case - excellent job on this masterful HD3 polarizer Hoya! (If there is any downside as compared to other, dark polarizers I do not see it)

It does affect my night vision when I use it, but because its two red LEDs turn on at MINIMUM BRIGHTNESS it does not affect it much. Power and brightness are controlled by a small thumbwheel, like the volume control on a portable radio. I have another red light but it starts out way too bright. I never use it because of this. It comes with a 9V battery and seems to have good battery life. It is not water or weather resistant. The lanyard is quite good: simple and functional. I can put it around my neck with plenty of slack.

Complete CONTROL. This remote controls everything you have in the back of the light from brightness, color temperature (K degrees), channel, AND...it allows the light to be turned OFF, FROM the REMOTE! What else could you want on that remote?? The fact that it features a dedicated POWER BUTTON, I can turn off the light, which is a RARE feature as MANY remotes do NOT have this capability and I honestly don't know why this wouldn't be a necessity. Not only when I turn it off and back on, all settings are left exactly at the brightness and color temp settings before shutting off, ready to shoot by pressing again the power button without making any changes! [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

Great scope for the money. Would have given it a 5 on the quality if the brightness adjustment wasn't so hard to turn, feel it could be freed up some.

I have a shinobi monitor also and this kicks it out of the water. At this price point you're getting a metal build plus a fan and 2000nits (plus a sunshade/battery/case). That's insane. My only gripe with the monitor is that the touchscreen is a little weird to work with. BUT, there are programmable hotkeys (that are actually better than most other touchscreen interfaces when you need to toggle displays on the fly) so that negate this negative. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THIS FUNCTION AS IT HAS BECOME MY FAVOURITE FEATURE OF THIS MONITOR OVER ATOMOS MONITORS. The fan is loud-ish on HIGH, but you can turn it off or turn it down to low during takes. I use SmallRig NP-F970 batteries and one lasted me about 6 hours on 100% screen brightness. TLDR: The thing is built like a tank with a fan, insane brightness, and hotkeys. It also comes with a ton of accessories you'd be paying a la carte for with most other brands.
