Turtle Beach Elite 800X Headset Flashing Yellow Light

Bought this headset to replace a Turtle beach elite atlas aero and am very pleased with it. Comfortable for long gaming sessions, has a removable mic and battery life is fantastic. Super easy to set up with no proprietary drivers or software required to use it. I would however suggest installing the NGENUITY software to at least update the firmware.

Coming from a Turtle Beach headset, the Audio-Technica AT2020 really stands out from any other microphone that I have used. I do Let's Plays and gaming commentaries on YouTube and was always looking for a more professional and reliable microphone than my Turtle Beaches. After doing some research I stumbled across this gem and the Blue Yeti, which were both the same price. After seeing this on sale I thought I would go with this and it is easily my most favored purchase and would buy another one for sure. What makes this so great is the quality! It comes through crystal clear and I don't need to be right up against the mic for it to register my voice. It also does a great job of blocking outside noises as well. One thing to note is that it is only cardoid, which means it only picks up sound coming from the front. Pros: Crystal clear sound, small, reliable, VERY easy to use and very sleek. Cons: None so far

We bought our son a Turtle Beach headset to use with a Dell laptop. Dell tends to use proprietary connections for things and parts. One of them was the use of a common headsetµphone jack rather than two separate jacks. The gaming headset has two separate plugs. This handy little adaptor worked perfectly and the Christmas gift we got him now works great. B&H also had the best price for this product and shipped immediately.

I switched from a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 to this headset. The quality of the sound is more crisp and smooth. Also love the look. Very nice RGB and syncing with my laptop and mouse. So very cool! ALL ASUS ALL THE TIME!

I thought my turtle beach headset was good until people started to tell me the clarity of my voice was defining during streams. This moment has come to be know as the Quakining. The price was fantastic, and the quality even higher.

Need this for night photography but also if I want to go to the beach at night during sea turtle season!

I am coming to these headphones from another excellent model, the Sendheiser 800x with Cardas Clear cable, the the new LCD-X hold there own, in fact becoming my new favorite reference headphone. These are incredibly well balanced at all frequencies, have much better bass than the 800X, yet retain exceptional clarity throughput the mids and highs. The 800x really only beats these in soundstaging. I strongly recommend using your savings from the Creator Package to purchase the Audeze top-line headphone cable that comes with the LCD-4. I found it offered more clarity and more open high end, coming closer to the openness and soundstage of the 800X. Highly recommended!

but it is unsettling to have the upstream light flashing

I bought this chair mainly for when I play MSFS2020 and use the turtle beach velocity one controllers. will end up getting a steering wheel and peddles for forza eventually. The chair is pretty comfortable to sit in, I'm usually only sitting in it a couple hours at time so I'm not sure how extended periods of sitting time would be. Putting together the chair wasn't too bad but I ended up using a real screw instead of the short cheap thing that comes with it for tightening the screws. Overall nice chair.
