Has rich vibrant color. The racing mode is really fast. The gamma allows user to see dark scenes. I like Asus app that workks with it and the new Nvidia video app enhances the picture. Will pair it with new Asua Nvidia card in the future when prices stabilize. 5 |

The Cartoni Focus 8 is my second favorite fluid head after the heavier duty Cartoni Gamma Head which I have owned since 1998. The Gamma is for larger cameras and the Focus 8 covers the smaller cameras used today. It has continuously variable drag settings on both pan and tilt unlike the limited stepped settings of it's competitors. It also has a balance setting for tilt that is easy to setup. I also like the 5 year warranty which most likely may never get used since my Cartoni Gamma is still working well after 19 years without any major issues. 5 |

By utilising the FrontBox 12+4 DSC Labs test chart, I was able to adjust the gamma, chroma phase and chroma saturation, each by just a little in the right directions to obtain even better performance from my Sony EX3 camcorder. A very well produced test chart. Highly recommended. 5 |

I use this with my A7s while shooting video in S-Log 2 Gamma to cut down the light. It is very sharp and I own the 4x4 Tiffen set of these and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of screwing on filters and looking for a drop in solution. 5 |

Absolutely love this machine! Can truly represent a large range of colors and gamma curves. The accuracy is SO FINE TUNED out the box that I was able to see the difference of shade levels between 0 and 4, out of 1024 in 10bit color. Incredible. Great results. 5 |
