I am admittedly a twelve south nut. I recent bought a new MacBook and it only has two usb c/thunderbolt connections. This mirrors my needs in I have three older LaCie drives using 3.1 usb a connections and an Ethernet connection. Bonus was the SD reader and an additional usb c. The unit is small and I pair it with a similar size card reader. I really like the usb c to usb c stored in the hub body. Easy on the camera bag

Mounted a VIOTEK GNV34DBE 34-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor to this VESA 75x75 , on a mobile sit stand desk, bolted through the work surface. Regained my desktop real-estate and I don't have to worry about the monitor falling off the back of the desk when I roll it about. Was looking for a simple, no need for a swinging arm, monitor stand, this works perfect.
