And not in a Star Trek way. I was looking for a single plug-in solution for my MacBook Pro. I use my laptop at my desk and on the go. I had a bunch of USB cables, power and HDMI to plug and unplug every time I had to be on the go and come back to the home office. This cleared all of that up. One USB-C to connect and it takes care of power, data and monitor. It also clears of a mess of wires on my desk. 5 |

Although this is sold as a Canon ETTL twin lite macro flash, it work perfectly well in manual mode with my Pentax K1I. Just set the power at 1/4 or 1/8 power to fill in some shadows, set your shutter speed no higher than 1/200, focus on your macro subject at F 6.3-F8 and fire away. Works great. 5 |

We're producing a documentary series and need the speed and portability of LED with the punch of an HMI. The Twin Sun comes really close. It's roughly equivalent to a 1.6K, though with a wider spread than an HMI. Out of the box it was put to work for seven straight days of location shooting with a lot of repos. It's reliable, feels sturdy and tough, and can run off wall power or two V-mount batteries. It's dimmable and bi-color, so it's useful as a key for interviews or to light larger scenes. Pros, the Twin Sun's power let's us be completely LED and the battery power let's us be completely cordless. Con, and only one so far, is you'll need several batteries on hand; two batteries power it for a little over an hour. 5 |

Needed this battery to power the meter in a twin lens reflex camera that requires 1.3 volts. Most of the batteries in stores are 1.5 or greater. Finding these here now means I can use all the features without problems. The price was good and delivery was as promised. More of my business will be coming their way. 5 |
