Typical Gamer Controller Settings

I am not your typical user/gamer (or at least I don't think I am). I am in my mid 50's and love the exercise, experiences and visuals VR has to offer. The Quest was nice, but this is so much lighter, more comfortabl and clearer for older eyes to see through. I love it.

I am practically in-love with this controller. Let me first say that I am a console gamer. Xbox specifically. I love this controller because although it is in PS3 layout, the actual button feel is xbox. On top of that the black grip around the back is extremely comfortable in your hands and the nice weight of the controller makes it feel as if you're not holding a cheap piece of plastic.Its simply great.

This is my first experience with VR and I am blown away! I have been a gamer since the Atari/Coleco days and have owned almost every gaming system that has come to market and this blows my mind. Yes, I'm sure there will be amazing improvements in the years ahead but, to date, this VR experience is incredible. You have to try it if you're a gamer. I have had a couple minor setup issues. The phone app used for setup does not work on my phone. I've contacted support about this and ended up using a different phone to get it to work. There must be certain phone settings that are needed in order for the app to work and my settings are to restrictive. Support was unable to identify which settings needed to be changed on my phone for the app to work. I get it, new technology. Anyway, from the days of MS DOS and GW BASIC, I am flabbergasted at how far tech has come in my life time.

Picked this up to run three APs and play with the port authentication settings on the unifi controller. If this proves reliable it will compliment my unifi gear well.

Full of PRO features you might not expect on a smaller slider. The controller has timer settings, continuous repeat, set up so you mark off the range of movement, and camera exposure control. You might not expect the quality build of this unit considering the price! Quality throughout and designed with a number of nifty mounting features for all sorts of shooting occasions. This comes with a zipper carry bag that protects the whole rig while you are moving. Even though it's not a huge rig you'll find that with a good eye and your imagination this will take you far. I'm using it primarily for video accent footage and the smooth moves that you can get with the GVM are so much more pro than handheld. Ok, I like it. Your mileage may vary but I'm guessing not by much. I recommend a ball head for maximum shot flexibility. When you are tracking uphill you'll need it. In Peace.. Bob

If you're tired of manually changing the settings and parameters on TotalMix and swapping back and forth between your DAW windows and TM, then this is the controller for you. The assignable functions allow you to customize the controller to fit your needs. It also has a foot switch input as well, which I've got assigned to talkback. The controller feels robust and it's def got some weight to it. The jog wheel is very firm with high resolution. It works smoothly with my RME UFX and Macbook Pro Late 2013 15' (OSX 10.9.5). They nailed it!

It's my first gamer PC and I loved it.

As a new photographer, this was a gamer changer for me.
