Typical Microwave Amperage Draw

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

If you have a neutral in your switch box, this is the way to go.� The smart switch must draw more than what a typical in-wall timer would draw since it requires the neutral.� It has a subtle light in the switch itself, which is nice if your room is dark - you immediately see the switch.� It works well manually and by remote as well as with Alexa.� The advantage of having a switch vice something like the Philips Hue is that you can manually override anytime you want, which is kind of nice.� The other nice advantage is that you can use it as a timer too.

Handled good amperage for charging.

I use it to charge 7 batteries by connecting them in series. Wish it had some more amperage but since I'm getting away with some serious savings, I'm not really complaining.

I use this caddy to hold 18650 batteries. This sturdy plastic caddy keeps these high-amperage batteries apart from each other and also protects against other metal objects contacting the terminals. I've been using Maha batteries for years and they are great. Plenty of amperage and plenty of capacity to fire speedlites for hours. I also highly recommended using Maha's MH-C9000 WizardOne Charger-Analyzer to break them in, charge them and refresh them periodically for long powerful life.

This length of cord keeps you from unwinding a cord that is longer than needed. A shorter extension cord is better when you are using amperage near the limits of 12 gauge wire capacity.
