We need some way to supply phantom power to a condenser microphone feeding into a Sennheiser wireless transmitter. This proved to be the perfect solution. Its construction is first class and it works flawlessly. We're so thankful we were alerted to this product and highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic way to get either wireless or wired options using the same lavaliere microphone without having to purchase multiples, which would be far more expensive. I already owned a dual-channel wireless transmitter and a couple of AT-899 omnis, but their connectors are not XLR and their phantom power levels too feeble for use as wired mics. Using this adapter, the AT-899 can be plugged right into an XLR with phantom and used wired, which is great.

I recently purchased a Lav wireless mic system so i can use it as a wireless XLR cable to place microphones where a cable can not be ran practically as I do video for live productions. However the Lav system does not support phantom power, enter this unit. It solves that issue where now i can place a Mic remotely and supply it with phantom power. I use it with those small USB phone chargers, so it is battery powered and lasts a LONG LONG LONG time on a single charge so no issues on that side.

The Senal AWS-24G 2-Person Wireless Microphone System is an excellent option for interviewers, vloggers, and content creators who need a reliable and easy-to-use wireless microphone system. The system includes two clip-on transmitters with built-in omnidirectional microphones and a dual-channel receiver with three audio recording modes—mono, stereo, and safety. I recently used this system for 8 hours of interviews on and off and the battery life was great. There was no interference and my subject was about 15 feet from the interviewer. What I love most about this kit is how easy it is to set up. Turn everything on and it auto syncs and you are ready to go. I was also impressed with the quality of the audio capture. The omnidirectional microphones picked up their voice clearly and without any distortion, even when they were moving around. The safety mode was also a nice feature, as it allowed me to record two mono tracks—one at the initial gain setting and one reduced by 6 dB—as a safeguard against distortion due to audio peaking. Internal recording is so nice to have as a backup. Other quick notes: *The LCD screens are bright and easy to read and menu navigation works well. *The case has a battery in it that charges the mics and transmitter when not in use. * Lavs and wind furries are included * Each unit has 8gb of internal storage Overall, I highly recommend the Senal AWS-24G 2-Person Wireless Microphone System for anyone who needs a reliable and easy-to-use wireless microphone system. It is a great value for the price and is perfect for a variety of applications. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

I am using my own Saramonic SR-M1 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone. So, I will focus on my review of the dish. It works! Does it work as well as the big ones know? But does it work? Yes! You can hear a bird up to 20, 30, or 40 feet away. This will also depend on how much gain the microphone can be provided. The microphone I'm using requires plug-in power, which makes it very sensitive. A microphone that uses phantom power would be much more sensitive. A microphone with phantom power would increase the effectiveness of this diss. With my microphone, I am happy with the performance of this dish. The range is more than 40 feet, however. I was able to pick up sounds that were at least five blocks away from me. They weren't very loud, but they were all audible. It is super Director, but not as direction or as a shotgun microphone. This is more sensitive than a shotgun microphone. Its pick-up pattern is cardioid. If you're trying to record birds or other far-away animals like that, this is the only real option, and it works brilliantly. I'm thrilled with it. It's like being able to have the hearing of a dog. Two more things to note: it is slightly sensitive from behind the diss The recorder I'm using to capture the sound is a TASCAM DR-05X 2-Input / 2-Track Portable Audio Recorder with Onboard Stereo Microphone (Black)

I recently purchased the RODE Wireless Go II microphone system for my trip to Israel. I recorded 20 hours of footage using the RODE wireless mic system and my iPhone, the results were amazing. The battery life of the mics lasted all day, the audio was crisp and clear at various distances. I highly recommend this easy plug in and go system for your next shoot.
