Unable To Access Wireless Router

I bought this router to accommodate a web/minecraft/media server, constant online gaming, excessive video streaming, and three wireless access points (my house has metal lathe, which acts like a faraday cage). Was previously using some Netgear garbage home user Wi-Fi router that couldn't keep up with the demand and was awful to manage. This router is a breeze to manage if you have at least basic networking knowledge. The 10 ports allow me to wire my server, computer, access points, and other peripheral gear to keep the wireless networks from getting congested. The quality of my home network improved dramatically and allowed me to actually utilize every drop of the gigabit ethernet we pay for. I also appreciate Ubiquiti's detailed firmware upgrade logs. I would absolutely recommend this router to anyone looking to have fast, easily configurable internet at home, and I'm sure it would hold up well for a small business too.

I needed internet access in an old building next to my house. It is too far away from my house to be supported by my wireless router. However, it does share electrical wiring with my house. Running new Cat5 cables was not a good solutions for a variety of reasons so I decided to try TP-Link's AV100 Gigabit Powerline Starter kit. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. The price was very affordable. While not as fast as a direct connection, it still meets my needs.

I have four of these, configured as access points. That means I have an ethernet cable connecting each to my router. It provides outstanding WiFi coverage to the rooms these are in. The 5G network in particular is crazy fast; I get 500+ mbps/s on my phone. I generally don't recommend extender mode, in which these units relay your phone's wireless signal to the router, via another wireless signal.

Had a Synology DS1815+ fail. (It would not start). Decided to replace it with the DS1821+. Since all 8 drives were ok, I just reinstalled all 8 drives in the same order into the new DS1821+. The new unit detected that the setup and software was from an older unit and asked if I wanted to upgrade it. I answered yes and after about 30 minutes It was done. I was unable to access the new system, but I was given some suggestions if I was unable to log into the upgraded system. I did one of the suggestions and I was able to access the upgraded system. All told it was a very easy upgrade and has been running perfectly for the past week.

I have an older brick with thick plaster and brick walls . I used to use a Nighthawk and was unable to have good access in different parts of home. I now have great signal and 580 MBPS throughout entire home.

Great router, access point, repeater, etc.. with Wifi 7 router on the way, this is still a contender.

I bought this router and paired it to my 2 ubiquiti wireless ap's. Router works great! Highly recommend. Read all the great reviews about it. They aren't lying.
