I just received this port. I used it on two 60 ft reef drift dives in West Palm Beach. The port was mounted to my Ikelite housing and it worked great. I’m looking forward to many more dives with this port. Cozumel in March! 5 |

I took my tripod on vacation for 10 days of landscapes and wildlife in the west, from Monument Valley to Devils Tower. The new Sirui K40 took all situations in stride. With the 200-500 zoom, the friction controls partly tightened, I could catch the deer and the antelope playing. Using the kit zoom was great. Sunrise at Devils Tower looked like a scene from Close Encounters. 5 |

My wife and I spent the day at Key Biscayne on the beach beside one of the hundreds of palm trees. Two hours after I got home to Miami Beach I realized the bag holding my Kindle, wallet, Ipad and some other valuables wasn't with me. The Kindle had a Tile Slim on it and my phone remembered the last place it was so I was directed to the palm tree where all my things were still safe. You can tell this is a a quality lens as soon as it comes out of the package. The details are there, and well constructed. I took it out in west coast weather, and northern exposures and it was not an issue at all. Expensive but the value is there. I recommend this lens to anyone interested is landscapes or Astro. 5 |

I took this on a day trip out west, and the overcast weather suited the film perfectly. It's pretty grainy, as befitting a more retro-styled film, but it never overpowered the image. 5 |
