I have used Nikon NC for over 6 years and never has any problem with it. I see no different with the B+W.

Hand held stellar images produced by this lens alone, and with the EC-14 attached. Very impressive in low light situations. Even when I tested the lens in the dark, with dimly lit subjects, the auto focus was very fast. Using anti shock & silent shutter adds a bit more sharpness to the image in almost any light. Even with it's larger size and extra weight I did not find it unbalanced, or too much to carry. All my testing was done on an OM-D E-M1. This is not an everyday, carry around in you bag lens. This lens is a specialized tool that you would use for wildlife, sports, and special events. When using this lens you can leave your tripod at home. It's a reach out and touch someone lens that shines brighter as the ambient light dims.

This is a cheap way to keep out of the cardiac ward. My old mount, the CEM25-EC, had a nasty habit of going full-tilt on the RA axis before beginning to move the Azimuth, and that resulted in a couple of collisions of my ASI294 and the tripod leg. So buying this was not an option. It mounts securely and easily (no directions, but you'll puzzle it out). With my longer telescope, a TeleVue 4-inch refractor, the camera still comes pretty close to a tripod leg so I'm not sure I can trust it completely during a meridian flip, but this makes it a lot safer.

I use this on my a7sii on a beholder ec-1 gimbal. it works perfectly. I love being able to get in tight to shoot macro shots with it.

As we downsize our home, I'm downsizing my drum kit to a Cajon - and loving the Roland EC-10 from B & H Phoro. My Cajon came just as advertised - but even sooner than promised.

This is possibly the best telephoto lens - ever. It's performance is great, even autofocus which is traditionally not the best on Olympus cameras works very well on E-5. Lens is extremely sharp and detailed with beautifully smooth bokeh and great color and contrast. I have used it with both EC-14 and EC-20 teleconverters and it delivers excellent results. With EC-14, it's very sharp even wide open giving 212mm f2.8 and with EC-20, it's quite good wide open but significantly better stopped down to f5.6 (from f4). Because the lens is quite compact compared to similar primes on other systems such as 200mm f2.0, 300mm f2.8 it's easy to handle and takes converters very well extending the usability greatly. It's much cheaper than two other SHG primes - 90-250mm and 300mm 2.8, so unless one needs zoom of the 90-250 or extra reach of the 300mm, 150mm f2 can serve great with teleconverters for 1/3rd of the price and half the weight. There are no negatives about this lens, it's optical power is superb, it's build quality is excellent and it's of course weather sealed, plus it works really well with teleconverters. It's is not cheap, but it's worth every penny.

I like a high-contrast B&W and like to shoot with orange or red filters. I'll add three images from my first Acros II roll, all shot at +1/3 EC (an effective ISO-80). The bright sun on the Chicago Theatre shows results in bright light. The more overcast shots of the Wrigley Building and the Marina Towers could have been +2/3 or +1 EC. Reading other's experiences / suggestions online are to add +1 stop outside of direct sun or similar low(er) light. (BTW these are scanned and edited in LR. I dont think film is 'done' just from being developed.) I was a Neopan Acros user back around 2010 and happy to see this film back. For comparison, I also shot Ilford Delta 400 on the same date with an orange filter also at the same effective ISO-80. The results are nearly identical, with the Fuji have a bit more contrast and a lot less grain, if that observation helps you decide on this film. And as always, ordering from B&H was quick, easy and near immediate delivery.
