Underwater Camera Housing Canon Rebel T1I

We did a lot of research before buying a small camera. We own the Canon Rebel and the Canon T1I with 28-300 lens and knew we wanted to stay with Canon. The Power Shot SX200 is everything and more. The zoom is fantastic...I've taken several photos of birds that rival the ones taken with the bigger camera. I love the weight and feel of this little camera and all the options lets me take some great pictures. I'm not giving up quality for the convenience of an easy to carry camera.

Currently bought to use with a Canon Rebel T1i camera. This remote switch is useful to avoid camera shake when physically pressing the shutter button. This shake, although imperceptible, can degrade a perfect picture to some degree. When taking still shots of merchandise for sale,high definition may bring a higher sell price. I recommend only the Canon unit. One off- brand unit with the same switch number, did not work because the plug into the camera was too long.

Bought this case for my Canon Rebel T1i and it turned out great for the Camera. The Case is compact and holds everything I need for the camera. Plenty of room for the camera, 2 lenses, charger, spare battery, card case with more room to spare.

I purchased this video specifically because Canon makes a compact underwater housing for it. The housing instructions tell you how to set the camera for underwater, and although the instructions were a bit vague, and Canon support was not helpful, it is a one time adjustment. I just got back from first dive trip with it and the underwater colors were about as natural as watching Planet Earth. It did well on large animals, like dolphins, and equally well on all but the tiny macro stuff. The bright screen setting enabled me to see the LCD panel easily underwater. I used the camera with a Lite Cannon 100 underwater light and a diffuser for overhangs and darker days. Overall, I have never been this happy with an underwater camera.

This battery performs better than the original canon battery that came with the camera, I'm using it in a powershot S300 with underwater housing, the canon battery's would have to be swapped out more often than this one, witch means going to the surface to make the swap, other after market batteries would be a little swollen and not slide in and out so easy, this is perfect

I use this in our underwater camera housing. It works great and keeps the equipment safe!

Did not find the hoodeye too large with Canon Rebel T1i. Made viewfinder use and manual focusing easier, especially in bright light. A good choice, happy with purchase.

I use this on a Canon Rebel T1i. Love this lens for shooting birds. The quality of the photos this lens produces are fantastic. It's definitely too heavy for me to shoot handheld, but it's dynamite on a tripod. This was my first L series lens and once you try an L series you're never going to want anything else for those really important photos.

Got this powershot to replace my Canon Rebel T1i for places that were to large for me to carry around. The pictures come out fantastic,the HD video is stunning!Image is sharp and sound is very clear.Easy to use menu,and nice features for different types of shots.Camera body feels strong,not plastic.10x optical zoom is incredible! Only one big disappointment...the battery!! It runs out very quickly.Have to buy me a back-up battery.

As alway, B&H came thru when no one else could. These days, it's hard to get parts for my underwater camera housing. B&H came thru.
