Great box for robotic cameras!

I use it for underwater photography.

Excellent for underwater videos.

The pick & pluck foam made it easy to customize the case to support the precision robotic cameras I purchased these for.

I use this device on a robotic camera system in a CATH Lab, and have to install and remove the unit frequently. This great quick release makes that process fast and easy.

I'm using this on my jib to level a robotic head with a 100mm ball mount. This item is heavy duty and easily allows me to mount over/ under slung on the boom. Very happy with the purchase!

I attached a "sticker" tile to my robotic vacuum. It makes it so much easier to fine her when she runs out of charge and is on a different level of the house than I am. Lost keys and cell phone aren't an issue anymore. I am especially pleased with being able to replace batteries in the "mate". I love my tiles.

Great case. We use for transporting robotic cameras and controllers. Never had an issue with any of the Pelican cases we own. Top notch product, especially if you need water-tight protection.

Now that these products are produced by miracle robotic milling machines, there's no excuse for the prices of some of the remnant of products that are still produced in the US.  The same production machinery is used everywhere now.  This base is excellent;  solid with no wobble, either locked off or not locked off,  and a very fare price.  I'd pay half again as much for this, if produced in the U.S.  but not three times as much.

I use this with the Gigapan Pro robotic tripod head, with a massive old Bogen ball head. Had been using a Gitzo, but it was too small: this works extremely well with the Gigapan Pro. At full extension I had to stand on a park bench to operate the Pro head and it remained very, very stable. It isn't the smallest to carry around, but it is eminently portable. I've carried it around NYC in July heat all day.
