This little unite cut my cord with cable

This is a great microphone. It does not require an audio interface. Simply plug it to your computer through USB and there you go! It also has an option for monitoring with zero latency. The default microphone sound level is too quite for my listeners. So, I use peace + equalizer combo software to adjust its dB output level (+18dB). I compared to my Rode Mini USB condenser microphone. Q2U had a more natural sounding and rich audio. Rode mini USB sounded little dull (or muffled). However, Q2U has much more ambient noise which requires more editing time at post production. As a teacher, I do not have extra time for that. So, I prefer Rode mini USB for my lecture recordings and I may use Q2U for broadcasting where recording is not a priority. Finally, this info can be useful to some: Q2U doesn't work with Notability on iPad Pro (3rd Gen), Rode Mini USB does.

Solid quality for a mechanical part - for a fraction of the cost of OEM I get something that will unite my top-end filters with the Zeiss, Nikkor or Fuji glass.

Bought these to run from the crossover unite to my power amps in my rack. Saves all the tangled long cords thus saving space and avoiding long single paths that could go wrong.

As an independent filmmaker I need top quality at a small price. This unite fills the bill very nicely. It has a very sturdy construction with almost no plastic parts. It has a very smooth action for perfect paning.

I use this to mount a mini ball-head to a microphone gooseneck. Works fine.

Bought this for an AT&T Unite wireless router that we use when traveling. Primary need was a bright color so it was easy to spot - especially when picking up to leave. It handles the router and its cable brilliantly, but is a bit tight when we include the AC charging block (which can be left behind and use USB port on the computer to charge).

I use this with my Aputure AL-M9, LED. And a Microphone and iPhone, for a Mini PodCast Studio.

It is a fun look, like a mini camera. The gooseneck mounting system works very well with a desktop computer, as you are looking directly into the camera instead of the camera looking down or up on you. The microphone picks up well. It automatically installed on the Mac computer.
